Someone always answers our call, makes an appointment, and experienced, friendly plumbers arrive on time, ready to work. | Once a part failed just short of one year later. Even though we didn't even realize that it was under guarantee, they replaced the part and did the work at no cost to us

Description of Work: Papalia has been there for us from the day we moved in and discovered that the shower would not turn off. We have called them back for a total of four times to deal with the creaky infrastructure of our old house and have been delighted with their service every single time. (Specifics: fixed shower nozzle; replaced kitchen waste pipe - quite a feat!; fixed broken shower connection behind wall; replaced kitchen faucet) They are upfront about when they can be there and what it will cost. They show up on-time and are friendly and professional. They let you know what options are possible and what those options will cost. They even have an emergency service which will show up during those late off-hours when you discover that the shower in your new house will not turn off. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.
