Papalia Plumbing never showed up. Michael Paone Plumbing came immediately and got the job done the next morning! Excellent!

I contacted Papalia Home Services to wire up and configure a Trane CleanEffects air filtration system -- which is part of our HVAC system. They replied immediately and quickly scheduled a service appointment. The service team arrived on schedule and quickly diagnosed the issues. They left in less than an hour -- and our Trane CleanEffects was running. Great job! (And the cost was very reasonable.)

Everything went as expected. The job was done in one day. Affordable price, on time, professional, very easy to work with, the new waste line is doing its job. Worked great for us.

The pricing was off the wall.The replacement took 15 minutes I've had this repair done before and it usually cost about $150.00 I asked how much the part was .I was told that they didn't charge for labor and parts separately that it was done by the job.I never was charged like this before and it will never happen again..

After having dealt with another three companies for the same issue, finally I was very lucky to have hired Papalia Home Services. They responded same day and where very thorough troubleshooting. It was not easy to find what the problem was but they did not give up and they did not start changing and charging for parts like the previous companies did, until they were sure what the problem was. They were professional, caring and very reasonable with their pricing. They saved me from spending much more money had I listened to the previous company.

The work was great, the cost was ridiculous.

We have worked with Papalia on a few things and have had an amazing experience with the entire team! Install an old radiator -- Excellent install with no surprises. They found a couple of issues that I would not have caught. avoiding a big mess in the future. Installed a new water heater -- Again, no surprises. Fast and effective. :) Emergency main line repair -- So here's the biggie. Right before the holidays, our main sewer line collapsed and we had people coming in to stay with us. The Papalia team was able to get the plumbing working within 2 days, including digging to the street and replacing with modern pipe. We are so grateful for the speed and efficiency of the fix. I'd like to give a special shout out to Kimber... he really help us understand what was going on and called in the troops!

They came the same day I called. After determining I needed a new heater, they obtained an energy-star rated propane water heater and discussed warrantee extension options with me. Heater was installed that day. Working flawlessly.

It was way too expensive for the amount of work done. Also, they didn't have the right length water supply lines on the truck so they had to leave and return 45 minutes later to do the work.

Perfectly! They were extremely professional and thorough. A little on the pricey side but very well worth it!

Great work but even though they looked at the job before the installation of the water heater they missed that we didn't have a chimney liner. This should have been noted before the worked started not when the new water heater was being installed..

We were happy with the services. First it did not go well we were not satisfied but they rectified the situation and work was done professionally and on time.

Nice people but they do not know what they are doing and they no problem taking your money and walking away.

They fixed up a poorly installed toilet the previous owner that needed a lot of work. They were timely, polite, and very upfront with costs.

The system was up and running quite quicklky.

We felt the need to make it an emergency weekend call, so we were ready for the extra cost brought on by the need to bring someone out on the weekend. Mike was able to do all the things that needed to be done in a swift, smooth, professional manner. He asked us various times how we wanted him to proceed at various stages of the project so at all times, we were the ones making the decisions. We feel much better knowing nothing was left to develop into more problems later. There was no hard sell, only knowledge of the problem and proper remedies clearly communicated to us by Mike St. Hilare, our Papalia service rep. The mixer was rebuilt, no more wasted water, and all the tub/shower hardware looks brand new again. Good job.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Papalia. They were on time for every appointment, their pricing was clearly explained, and their workmanship is second to none. Papalia had the best price out of multiple contractors, and they were able to perform all aspects of the work in-house as they employ HVAC, plumbers, & electricians. Nothing needed to be subcontracted. Their finished work was excellent, Roger, James, & their entire crew were very courteous and professional. I would certainly recommend Papalia, and I will be using them in the future.

Papalia arrived on time and quickly got to work replacing both outdoor faucets. Their work was done professionally and left the work areas clean. I need to replace my water heater soon and will definitely be calling them to perform the work. Highly recommended.

The technician did absolutely no investigation of the problems. He just said I needed new tank fittings for each of my 3 toilets at approximately $300-350 per toilet. I said I could buy new toilets for that price, and he replied "that's one way to go". REALLY! The sink plugs and stems he said would be about $150 each to replace. He said the company didn't price single parts. Another plumber told me I just needed new flappers, which I bought for under $10 each and replaced them myself. Problem solved. I fixed the drain plugs with an elastic. So Papalia wanted between $1000 to $1350 for a problem that I fixed for less than $30. And I had to pay $79 just for him to show up at my house. What a rip-off!!

The work to install the Liberty pump took one hour. I bought the pump myself and they charged me $500.00 for one hours worth of work. The work was professionally done but the prices were outrageous. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to shop around. I would suggest not using this company.

One of my heating zones was not working and I contacted Papalia services because of their high ratings and got an appointment after 4 days. Brad came on time and was able to quickly identify the issue is with one of the circulator and thought it is best to replace another circulator as it is not in a good shape and will give us a discount if we get both circulator done. Brad was able to complete the work and also took care of corroded hye vent in less the 2 hours since he came to our house. I found later online that the cost of the Taco 007e circulator to be less then 125$, I.e the total cost of parts was less then ~ 250$ and the cost of labor was more then 400$ per hour. I think the service was good, but the cost is astronomical and is not a fair cost. I was expecting about 200$ per hour to be a very good rate as they also carry parts in the truck but 400$ plus per hour is just too much. Get the breakdown of the costs prior to getting work done —VJ

The work was done over the period of 3 hours methodically and successfully. The price might have been a little bit steep but I believe it was worth it.
