Arrived early and was very professional and courteous. Diagnosed the problem quickly (Run capacitor was bad) and repair was done within 1/2 hour of arrival. I was very happy with the responsiveness and work done so purchased a yearly service plan while he was there.

Quick fix. I signed up for a maintenance program.

Communication, scheduling, and installation we're of very good quality. All staff was friendly and thorough in their explanations. Compared to other quotes I had received, Papalia offered the best price.

Their representative Adam was very professional and Willing to work with the customer. Did not Get any work done since I was able to get get a replacement from the manufacturer

He cleaned up the tree roots for us. But the price was high.

They had to come back again later in the week to make some tweaks that they hadn't caught but in general we were pleased.

Was not a 'simple' blockage. Diagnosed the problem using camera and then the 'snake' to the septic system probably being full and backing up. Called in our Septic company and they resolved the issue.

Outdoor faucet replaced, quality good except for outside caulking falling off. Price excessive! Indoor faucet not done, I bought the part and replaced it myself.

Was very expensive like $400 to replace the valve. The work was done okay but I think they are too expensive for the work they do.

It turned out to be a quick reseal. The plumbers told us the job was going to cost 333.00 to do a simple re-seal of the toilet.. nothing else was needed. We had used Papalia in the past for multiple items and that seemed steep, especially compared to the 158.35 we were charged a few years back for the exact same job on another toilet ( we still had the receipt. He said he could take off the 49.50 dispatch fee. When we asked what the the fee is for a seal and they said that was their standard fee.. When we had called earlier they would not tell us what the standard fee was but now they said this job had a set fee.. The plumber then said he would speak to his supervisor, steps out, and comes back to give us an even higher price. We were pleased with them in the past. Had they been up front to tell us that the 333 was their standard fee or allowed us to speak with the supervisor or at least heard the supposed conversation that took placec, we could recommend them Their work is standard bubt busines practices are questionable. We do not recomend them.

Fantastic! Dave Adams, he sales rep was highly knowledgeable, but at the same time communicated in a way that was very easy to understand. Roger and Zack, our installation team were always on time, very friendly and also responsive. Roger found creative ways to minimize the appearance of refrigerant and condensate lines on the outside of our home. They worked clean too.

Very well. These were the second people who informed us that our direct heating was on an older system, and we should go with a hot water tank. He was able to give us a quote for the job and schedule a date to install it while he was here. They made the process very easy to manage. They use flat rates, so you know they aren't trying to nickel and dime you. Their flat rates are the same for everyone, and you can see their prices from the sales app they use. Their flat rates included things like the additional heating zone needed, thermostat for the tank, etc. We didn't need any additional costs for things they didn't foresee. It was easy. We also had a question about the price before the installation. Their plumber called me back (not a sales man.) He explained to me why their price was a bit different than others we found online. He made it clear why their price was a bit more. I felt that the other quotes we got would have matched Papalia's price if they also put in the additional details and parts that Papalia was giving us. Our water is now hot, and the system is running smoothly.

We had a 30 yr old furnace for which parts had started failing. We were not ready to replace the complete furnace so Keith replaced one part which was causing the problem and the issue went away. Few weeks later another part had failed and at that time we decided we should have gone with getting a new furnace in the first place. Keith not only helped us getting the money refunded we spent on the parts and labor of the one part that was replaced but also worked extremely hard with his management to get us the best deal on the new furnace. We also like to mention Jim the owner is a very kind and understanding person. He listen to all his customer calls personally and follow up as needed. The company is very trustworthy, very reasonable on the price and the best professionalism you can ever get in Massachusetts. We also decided to get central A/C in the house and we were 1000% sure that this is the company we want to go with. So we went ahead and gave them both the jobs. Keith and his boys came and finished the work in one day. All this time Keith never short changed us on anything on the contrary did few extra things that one wouldn't expect him to do as part of the job. He took the time to go over all the warranty and demo the new units and to answer any questions we had. He is genuinely a very professional and accommodating individual. We have been living in Massachusetts for last 18 years and have never seen a company that spends so much of time and effort in achieving customer satisfaction. We never once felt that money is their top priority in all the discussions we had while working on resolving the issues. We will be always grateful to Keith and the entire company for their understanding and will be their customer for life. Thank you Thank you Thank you !!!!

Papalia was professional and reliable for my furnace replacement. The did what they said they would, when they said they would. They did not try to pad the job with new found "problems". The bill was as agreed to.

Excellent. Plumber was professional, gave good advise and was trustworthy.

The work went very well; Scott was on time, he worked very efficiently and gave us plenty of warning before turning the water off and then quickly installed valves to enable us to have cold water. He completed the work in about 4 hours. He was quiet, quick and efficient.

Installation of new furnace, hot water tank, and removal of old system and oil tank went smoothly. Quality of work was excellent. And since this was a new gas service and someone had to be there when the gas company decided to show up and install the meter, the graciously had one of there guys sit at the house for the entire afternoon until they gas workers showed showed up! Very happy with workmanship and customer service! Will recommend to my friends and neighbors.
