Description of Work: INSTALLED CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IN EXISTING HOME WHICH HAS HOT WATER HEAT. ACCESS TO ROOMS WAS FROM THE ATTIC AND WAS DONE SO THAT A MINIMUM OF CLOSET SPACE WAS LOST. WORK DONE ON TIME AND IN AN EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

Description of Work: Checked and tuned two bollers. Did a good job. A little excessive on the sales push to have other work done. It may have been in ernest, but I couldn't help but get the feelingthat this was more of a sales push to perform other work ib the units. Before the tech (good guy) did any work, he wrote an etimate on things that he felt should be done. I din't get a warm fuzzy feeling on that part. Perhaps the $1200.00 he quoted for replacing parts to a two year old system was a very good deal and needed and perhaps not. Can't really say. He did adjust pressure in one of the units and I will keep an eye on it.

Description of Work: they came promptly on new year's eve, the problem was very minor, fixed it and charged a reasonable amount.

Description of Work: After reading positive reviews, I contacted Papalia to provide an estimate on a new heating system. Derek, the technician arrived promptly and was very professional. He clearly explained the options available, and then sent a written proposal over right away. The estimate was very similar to others I received. Although I ultimately decided to hire another company, I would not hesitate to call Papalia again.

Description of Work: The service advertised a burner cleaning and lubrication of all moving parts. It didn't seem like he was working for much more than 15 minutes which seemed a little quick. I didn't hear any vacuum sounds and after he left I checked the inside and there was debris in the corner as if it was brushed rather than vacuumed. I know the last time I had it cleaned by another company, they used a vacuum. They advertised that they would change the filter, which they did not do. He said everything was in good working order. I don't know enough about motors to tell if everything was lubricated or not.

Description of Work: What I am really disappointed it is because I had the "Angies List deal" I feel that I got charged more. How can I justify $424 for Zone valve (including head) replacement when there was absolutely no purging needed. It took less than half hour to do too. I feel like I got ripped off. I will not buy any more deals as this has left a very bad taste. I was stuck with calling them as I had already purchased the deal.

Description of Work: Deliver and install new kitchen sink disposal

Description of Work: Our AC condenser pump failed. I called them and they scheduled me for a week later, given how busy they must have been during this hot summer, I did not think that was too bad. He came checked out the situation, explained what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. I chose to have it fixed and he replaced the pump and flushed the line in about 40 minutes. He was careful to put shoe covers on his shoes while in the house. He was courteous and professional. Definitely will use again. Also, the Angie's List Coupon was helpful!
