Nery's Cleaning does an excellent job--I was so happy with my house after they were finished! Three very nice cleaners came and spent five hours cleaning. For the bathroom, they were able to get rid of rust in the toilet that I had never been able to clean off, and the grout in the bathtub had always stayed brown when I cleaned it, but they were able to scrub it so well that it was white. They did a great job on the kitchen: there was a lot of grease that never came off when I cleaned, but when I left everything was shiny, without a spot of grease anywhere. They also cleaned inside the oven and in the space above the oven, very difficult jobs.They bleached the walls in several rooms and cleaned the window sills very well. They have a great sense of order too, sometimes putting something in a slightly different location or in a different way that made more sense than the way I had it. When they left, the house was shiny, and the whole quality of the air was more pure and better to breathe. This is a special benefit for anyone who has allergies or respiratory issues. I would highly recommend Nery's cleaning, and I plan on calling them again.

They were AMAZING. We had 3 women for 5 hours come and do a complete top to bottom house cleaning. They far surpassed my expectations. They even moved all the furniture to clean behind & under it, which I was not expecting. They were all friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Nery's Cleaning Service did a deep cleaning of the entire house including the attic, basement and garage areas. I had a bit of trouble scheduling the cleaning initially but once I was able to talk with Nery in person she was able to adjust her services and schedule to meet my needs perfectly. The crew was prompt and courteous. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. I felt comfortable with all of the individual crew members them in my house and will definitely use them again in the future.

I found Nery on Angie's List, and I contacted her to come out to give us an estimate. We moved into our new home last summer amidst a messy construction project that ran way past schedule. We were never able to really clean the house adequately since we had boxes everywhere, and we felt that we needed a deep cleaning. Nery responded to my request for an estimate right away and came over within a couple of days. She was very easy to talk to and I immediately felt comfortable with her! She and her crew came in an worked for 5 hours (the house really needed a deep cleaning!), and I am thrilled with the work they did! They moved furniture and rugs to make sure they didn't miss a spot. The house looks amazing, and it finally feels like HOME! I plan to use Nery's Cleaning regularly to keep our home sparkling!

We recently moved into this house (with some boxes still lying around), and parts of the home are actively under renovation. Thus, Nery's had their work cut out for them!!! We asked them to focus their efforts on dusting, sweeping & vacuuming, and they did that very well and more! Very pleased and have asked them to come back on a regular basis.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the work that was done. I have had other cleaning services and Nery blew them away! Excellent attention to detail. Also, she was such a pleasure to communicate with -- promptly was in touch to schedule and was very flexible! I have already been in touch to set up regular service and am really excited about it.

Excellent job. We had to arrange the entire service by phone and text since I hadn't moved in yet. Nery did a fabulous job. When I arrived, house was spotless. She called to check a few days later, too. Would highly recommend.

Nery's did a great job cleaning my house. They were punctual, professional and the house looked great. Of course, two hours after they left my kids trashed some of it but all the more reason to hire Nery's again!!! I was very pleased with their work.

It went great. We had a little trouble scheduling it; I would have preferred knowing a few days in advance exactly when she was coming but because I was a new customer she wasn't sure of her schedule ahead of time. I will use her again in the future. She was very professional, explained what was done and what she didn't have time to do and did a thorough cleaning.

I purchased 4 hours of cleaning via angies list, but when they got here they said they will only clean for 2 hours because they sent 2 people. And by 2 hours they actually only cleaned for 1 hour 45 minutes. Terrible cleaners, in two hours with 2 people they said they could wash the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. And even with th e minimal amount of rooms they did a terrible job. Will NEVER use or recommend this cleaning service. Nor to mention it took over a month to schedule them to do a job that I paid in advance for. Save yourself the time and hassle and find someone else.

Three women came for two hours. They were very understanding when I had to postpone the date due to a family member hospitalization. On the rescheduled day they called say they could come earlier than the scheduled time if that worked for me, which was great. They did a very nice job, were very pleasant, and I would have them come again.

Nery and her two helpers come in every other week and clean my 3,000 square foot home in about 2 hours. They are dependable, trustworthy and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Neri called me back very soon after purchasing this deal on Angies List. We agreed on a date and time and the work was completed on that day. Her and her staff were very pleasant, professional and hard workers. They got right to work and everything from appliances to floors were sparkling. The quality of work and attention to detail was very good. Overall, my experience with Neri was positive and plan to have them back on a regular basis.

Showed up with a crew of 3 and cleaned everything top to bottom. We have since hired them back for regular service.

Nery and crew were terrific. The house was in need of deep clean but I had not set up enough time for a deep clean. Nery was very clear about what they could do and was able to tack on more time, for a very reasonable additional rate. They did a quite thorough clean of most of the house, deep on the kitchen and bathrooms. I will definitely contact them again for help.

Got a refund. I was going to give them a second chance, but my wife said no.

They had an appointment with me and called to tell me they would be early. They said they would be there in 15 minutes so I walked down to the front of my apartment building to let them in and they never showed up. I have called them back but they are now not answering the phone.

I purchased the big deal. My experience with them was good. The only thing was when I asked them for the regular cleaning, I found them very expensive. They do good cleaning. The other regular rates are higher than the ones in the area. They did a very good job.

Went very well. Took two afternoons!

My home had not been cleaned professionally for almost a year. I was willing to limit the cleaning to my bathrooms and the first floor of my home, leaving out the bedrooms, in order to stay within the 6 h limit. Nery told me she would clean the bedrooms as well even if she had to stay a little longer. And in fact, she did stay a little longer at no extra charge in order to see the job complete. Her and her assistant did an excellent job cleaning my home. They were very thorough. For example, they actually moved the items in my bookshelves, etc, rather than just dust around them like most of my cleaners in the past. They were so good in fact that I hired them to clean my home every other week ($130 for around 2100 square feet of home to clean; price consistent with other estimates I received). I was looking for someone who would be doing the cleaning of my home themselves (rather than a team whose members change each week) and ideally someone who was bonded and insured. I also wanted someone who would clean as meticulously as I would. Nery's Cleaning Service provided me with all that. Plus she is very pleasant to work with, and was very accommodating, squeezing me in her schedule on Fridays so I could have the end of the work week cleaning I wanted. Overall, I highly recommend Nery's Cleaning Service.

We had hired another company a month ago based on a flyer in the mail and it was a total disaster. Then we decided to use Angie's list and based on positive reviews, emailed Neri. She came at the agreed upon time and gave us an estimate. She did a deep cleaning for a full day after that and has done one regular cleaning since then. She will now come every other week for us and clean the entire house once a month and the upstairs living area every other week. She and a second cleaner are very thorough without being intrusive. The floors look wonderful- better than when we moved into the house- and they leave every corner and shelf spotless. We have some chemical allergies and she has been willing to follow our guidelines regarding that issue. Neri is easy to reach by cellphone and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her. Just an all round excellent job of cleaning.

I purchased 4 hours of cleaning, she told me up front that wasn't enough time to do the full house...she said most of the day and it did cost $120 extra. I've had a lot of cleaning people and she was just great...she went around things, under them, behind them...my floors have never looked this clean! I cannot say enough kind words about her. She will now be my full-time cleaner, coming back every 2 weeks.
