We love Nery's cleaning days - the house sparkles when they are done. We've been working with Nery's for years. They are very accommodating and the staff is always pleasant and friendly. Their work is efficient and thorough. We've had other services, but we have stuck with Nery's.

The girls do an excellent job and are very reliable. I have had them for several years.

We have used Nery's Cleaning Service since 2016 and get our home cleaned once/monthly by them, including periodic deep cleans as well as our windows in the spring. Their work is exceptional- always very well done with additional special touches, like organizing counter-tops better than we would have, making beds and generally leaving our house spotless and highly organized. Nery is very responsive to e-mails and texts and we have found their pricing to be fair and very reasonable for the amount of work they do- I would highly recommend them.

An amazing job. Got an oven clean that was a disaster. Every nook and cranny was done to perfection. It was such an amazing job I'm having them back for another deep clean and then on a weekly basis.

There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience with this company from their professionalism in setting up our initial meeting to calling us the day before to remind us they were coming to their punctuality and professionalism on site. As background we've made many efforts over the years, without success, to find house cleaners that really cared about the quality of their work. Based on our experience this week we need look any further. Three of their team members arrived Monday morning and spent almost 6 hours cleaning the house from top to bottom. Now a lot of companies say they do that but Nery's is the first that ever went above and beyond all expectations. Some examples are that the wood floors around and under the carpets shine for the first time in a long time; the sills in the vinyl windows look better than when the windows were installed five years ago; all of the goop from under the lip or the undermount sink is gone; the double oven is spotless inside and out; the white trim everywhere in the house looks new; and you could eat off the surfaces in the bathrooms. This is all in addition to the normal vacuuming, washing, and straightening up that typical cleaners do. They even offered to change the sheets on the beds. Yikes. Our sense is that they are as good as they are in part because of the owner's leadership. But equally important each of their team members has a very strong work ethic, is good at their job, and is the consummate professional. The fact that they all seem to enjoy working together is a factor as well. Based on their performance this week we will definitely be retaining them to do a monthly cleaning for us. We genuinely hope that we have a very long relationship together.

Great! The cleaning crew were fast, through, and nice. They did a wonderful job. I will be calling them to come back periodically. Incredible value, and first-rate service.

They did a good job. I liked it. It was good. I thought the price was a little high for me. Their responsiveness was very good. I was happy with them. The price was too much for me. I asked for a better price but she didn't agree.

The house cleaners who came to my home refused to take off their shoes like I had asked. There were three cleaners who came and only one was actually willing to take off their shoes. It did not work out. I called the business back and told them about their employees' behavior. Before this happened, I had tried to negotiate with the owner to send only one or two people to come clean instead of three, but it was difficult to have her accommodate that request. The first time we had scheduled, the cleaners arrived late and I was not home because I had other things I needed to do. They were late the second time as well. I do not recommend this service.

They did the job and they left without telling my wife. I don’t know what happened.

Had a little trouble with scheduling. Arrived on time and was very fast in working. Quality of work was good. I would hire them again on a regular basis.

I was quite pleased with Nery. Within a day of my initial call to her, she called me back and set up a time to come over to give me an estimate. She quoted about 3.5 hours (which was a bit less than the actual 5 hours). On cleaning day, she showed up with three employees and we went over the job. I was very happy she showed up, as other owners might not have been as diligent. The three women did a great job, cleaning everything in sight; floors, molding, dusting, furniture, bathrooms, etc... They cleaned up after themselves and when they left the house looked great. I would absolutely hire them again.

We have now been using Nery's Cleaning Service for several months, and we could not be happier! They consistently do a thorough job and are by far the best cleaning service we have ever used! This is my second review; I want to give them as much positive publicity as possible! :) I recently recommended them to a friend who plans to use their services as well. Excellent company!!
