Description of Work: I had Nery and two other women do a complete deep (floors, floor boards, front of kitchen cabinets, etc) cleaning of my first floor home...7 rooms and 1 1/2 bath. It took 3 people 4 hours. The floors and cabinets haven't looked so good in years! They are returning starting today for regular cleaning of the house.

Description of Work: They were terrific! Nery came with her crew, cleaned the house literally from top to bottom. It was not an easy job and they were cheerful and efficient and thorough and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: Bought a big deal for 6 hours of housecleaning. The team of 3 was prompt and did a very thorough job, though they got about as much done in 6 hours as previous housecleaners have done in 3 hours. I let them know that 1 shower was never used so they did not need to clean it, but they cleaned it anyway. Overall, they are good and I would recommend them, but probably better if they are doing a regular service so they know what you want rather than a 1 time cleaning.

Description of Work: I had signed up for a special 4-hours of cleaning for $80. They arrived with 3 people and indicated they would stay for an hour (we negotiated 1 1/2 hrs). Although initially surprised by this, I realized that I was getting a similar number of "man hours". Although they couldn't complete the whole house in that timeframe, they did a nice job with what they did.

I have had many different cleaning people over the last few years and no one compares to Neri. She takes her time and cleans your house from top to bottom. + -1 moreNeri is thorough all around the house, and has done amazing things for my hardwood floors. She has cleaned aging features of my house that I thought were beyond help. She is careful and detail-oriented, and I always give a sigh of contentment when she's done. Neri has also followed through with professional commitment. When she had to be out of the country, she lined up a sub and gave me their card to let me know who to expect. (They were also more than satisfactory.) Her husband also called to make sure I was in the loop.
Description of Work: Neri started with an all-day deep/detail house cleaning, which was amazing. Since then (mid-2013 to present), she's been cleaning every other week.
