For almost 18 years, Stuart Parzyck has been restoring, repairing and refinishing DuPont Corian, for homes and businesses. "Joe and his crew completed 90-95% of our project (mostly a patio) back in November/December and said theyâ d â of courseâ come back in the spring to complete the work. Joe asked us to pay the remaining 50% of the contract because we were the only work they had at that point in the season and, since it was the week before the holidays, he wanted to â take care of [his] guys.â My husband and I thought it was a nice sentiment, so we agreed - though, I did email an outstanding completion checklist to set clear expectations for the spring. Iâ ve texted, called, and emailed for 3+ months to no avail. So, keep in mind that even if he does complete your project, his one-year warranty means nothing! I will gladly revise this review if he reaches out and we come to a satisfactory resolution, but as of now, my next steps are filing a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, contacting the AGâ s office, and if needed, filing a small claim for the amount Iâ ll need to pay a different contractor plus compensation for my time and stress."

"Contracted Long Baths to install new shower on 3/21/24. Salesmen were very professional. 4/18/24 New shower installed. The contractors did a terrific job on the installation, very hard working contractors. All was good, except they were suppose to extend one shower wall about 4 inches around corner. They did not do that and they knew nothing of this. Called that very day to Long Baths, left message to call back. No call back! Called a few times and finally spoke to representative. She said she would have someone call us. No call back! Called one of the salesmen. He remembered our conversation of wanted one wall to be extended to cover a problem area. He also said he would call us back. No call back! Its now, 2 weeks later and still no call back?? Bottom line, do not contract Long Baths â bad customer relations!"
