It went very well. Very satisfied.

We have found T-Flow through Angie's List a few years ago and were very happy with the service then. Matt Trojani from T Flow was again wonderful to deal with. He was right on time and very efficient. He finished the plumbing in the Master bedroom a lot faster than I had anticipated and checked all of our valves in our condo for leakage and even removed the old vanity without charging extra. His price was again very reasonable and I can highly recommend him again.

They were on time every time they visited from giving the quote to finishing the job. No surprises. Very thorough. Very professional. Explained everything in a friendly professional manner. like every job there were a couple of things that showed up after the quote a price was given before taking action. We were pleased and would reccomend t-flow.

Excellent experience, Matt is a very honest and nice guy. He responded quickly and was up front about possibility of this being a major problem if the leak was being caused by outside issues. He called me immediately upon finding out that our blockage was due to the outside line and had a drain company there the same day, ulitimately found that we had several roots growing into the pipes causing the back up. Did a great job communicating with my wife and I about the exact issues and making sure we understood everything. Problem was fixed in a day and they were very good about cleaning up afterwards and removing any odors. Would absolutely use for future needs / projects.

Hard to find a contractor ( or person, for that matter) like this. Matt's a quality guy who does great work at a reasonable price. I couldnt be happier with the work performed or the service I received. Matt was responsive, professional, detail oriented, accomodating and communicated well throughout the process. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing and/or heating job and will certainly call on him again.

Matt and Henry arrived on time and quickly determined how to proceed with repairing an old tub trap which had rusted away to goop. I also wanted to have the tub's drain pulled and replaced with an aftermarket stopper. Matt made a good case for just replacing the drain assembly completely, although we had a misunderstanding about what type of new stopper I wanted. I originally wanted a toe-step, while he bought a trip-lever type instead. When we realized the misunderstanding, I saw that he'd bought a better piece of equipment than I had wanted him to put in, and he dropped his price to make up for the misunderstanding. The job was completed quickly and I now have a tub which no longer leaks into the basement. I recommend T-Flow to anyone in the Nahant area.

Our water heater was still under warranty so Matt called the company troubleshooted with them and got them to send parts overnight thru Fed Ex and said I should be fine changing the parts and if need help to give him a call.

All good. Met him acorss the street, described job, settled on a price, he came over, I left him with payment, he did a good job.

Communication with Matt Troiani, owner of T Flow Plumbing, was excellent. He came to look at the issue, send the exact price quote the same day and completed the job on the day he promised.

I called Matt (owner of T Flow Plumbing) on Monday and informed him that my kitchen sink pipes were leaking. I told him it was not critical that he respond immediately since I turned off the main water line and could manage for days if need be. That did not deter him from trying to get to my place as soon as possible to fix it. I told him he probably had other customers who were in more need of his help since our area had just received a lot of rain and people's basements were flooding. He appreciated my understanding but still wanted to meet my needs in the order of the calls he received. His communication was excellent. He called me several times to make arrangements to meet. He ended up coming over Wednesday afternoon to fix my problem. He arrived with another plumber and a big blanket. He was direct and honest about what it would take to fix it and the cost. He explained the two sizes of sink traps he had and the pros and cons. We made a decision to go with the smaller one which saved me $40. He and his colleague were pleasant, fast and left no mess. They are very conscious of being clean and tidy. His invoice was perfect - each part and labor listed. I had such a good experience, and I would highly recommend him.

Good work and plumber was sensitive to pricing to make sure device actually needed to be replaced.

They were responsive and were able to come out quickly. When our garbage disposal broke, we bought our own from Home Depot and contacted T Flow about installing it. Two people came out, removed the old one, and installed the new one. It has been a couple months since the installation and everything still works great. While paying $150 to have the product installed wasn't cheap, it was a great overall experience -- they were professional, punctual, and responsive... Thank you!

This problem had been ongoing for a little while and I called T-Flow when it got worse. Matt was easy to get in touch with, listened to the problem, and we set up a mutuably agreeable time for him to come out. Matt and his partner arrived as scheduled. I explained the problem and they took a look around. They suggested we try a couple things to reproduce the noise, which we were able to do. It turns out the noise was not a leak, but instead due to expanding pipes in the wall. Matt explained the issue and how I could go about fixing it on my own. He could have very easily taken advantage of the situation and started opening walls and charged much more. Instead he explained the issue clearly and made good recommendations. I was charged to have them come out and take a look but nothing further. I am very happy with how things went. I actually had a totally different problem only a few days later (a broken pipe) and T-Flow was one of the first calls I made.

T-Flow Plumbing and Heating are excellent!! Matt and his crew are very professional, punctual, and very hard working. They are dedicated to their jobs and driven to do nothing but the best work for their clients. I first discovered T-Flow through this service when some of my piping in the downstairs bathroom and the water heater started leaking the night before Thanksgiving Day while it was in the process of a renovation. Matt and his crew were the only ones, and I mean the only ones that came over and were willing to work that evening knowing my urgent need and emergency. That alone speaks volumes about this company's professionalism and integrity, while every other plumber I called had me potentially waiting until Monday of the following week! As a result of his dedication and being greatly satisfied with his work, I used him to finish installing all new plumbing for a brand new gutted bathroom and to replace gas piping to bring it up to code. Lastly, he installed a brand new energy efficient water heater. I am impressed with all of his work that is very clean and organized. He uses the latest in plumbing technology and I feel very confident in everything he did. I would use T-Flow Plumbing and Heating again and again. Definitely call them to be on your short list if you want to get estimates, but I recommend them completely.

He showed up on time. He was very professional. He was able to identify the problem and told us how to go about fixing it. Also he was very friendly and personable.

A very professional experience. Schedule, quality of work, general expertise and professionalism are what matter most to me and TFlow hit all the marks. They always bring 2 guys to the job. Matt (the owner) was very clear and helpful with his answers to my questions about what happened and how to fix the problem. They have a minimum job estimate, but ended up charging me less because it took much quicker than expected to finish the job.

He installed the furnace on the weekend early in the morning because I had to go to work. He was reliable and trustworthy. I haven't had a problem with the new furnace. The price was a little high but I feel I paid enough for the service, I believe it was the price of the furnace that was high.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and work provided to my client by this company. Matt Troiani responded to my call in less than one hour and was working on the problems when I arrived on-site. He stayed on-site to correct other issues that the client presented and completed the entire job in a very reasonable time. Matt is very courteous, prompt and dependable. ONE WORD DESCRIBES MATT - ''INTEGRITY''. IT'S A SHAME NOT MORE PEOPLE HAVE ISSUED REPORTS ON ANGIE'S LIST ABOUT HIM - I'M SURE AT LEAST 90-95% OF THEM WOULD BE STRAIGHT A'S. MOST OF THE CHARGE FROM THIS JOB WAS DUE TO THE FACT IT WAS A SHORT-NOTICE EMERGENCY CALL ON A SATURDAY. HE CAME OUT WITHIN A FEW HOURS. HE CAREFULLY DIAGNOSED ALL ASPECTS OF MY BROKEN HEATING SYSTEM, BUT DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME PADDING THE BILL. HE IS VERY HELPFUL, EXPLAINS THINGS, AND ANSWERS QUESTIONS. HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS, AND GETTING THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY AND THOROUGHLY. HIS ''NORMAL'' HOUR RATES ARE TYPICAL OF A GOOD HEATING PRO. I SPENT ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES AT THE END, PAYING EMERGENCY RATES STILL, TO DISCUSS ANOTHER HEATING/PLUMBING PROJECT I WANT TO USE HIM FOR. SATISFACTION FROM A FAIR PRICE AND QUALITY WORKMANSHIP.

MATT CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY WHEN NOBODY ELSE WOULD COME. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN CAREFULLY TO THE PROBLEM (IT WAS COMPLICATED), AND THEN TOOK HIS TIME FIGURING OUT EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO ME, SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND THEN CAREFULLY FIXED IT. MY GUESS IS THAT NOT MANY PEOPLE WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE TIME AND MADE THE EFFORT, ESPECIALLY ON A WEEKEND. WE WERE VERY GRATEFUL.

HE IS PUNCTUAL, EXTREMELY ORGANIZED, AND CLEANS UP EVERY DAY. MY HUSBAND IS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. HIS CONTRACT PRICE DID NOT CHANGE THROUGHOUT THE JOB AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME HE ESTIMATED. WE WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR AN ADDITION WE ARE BUILDING ON OUR HOME.
