I needed a plumber to replace a faucet in my bathroom sink. I call T-Flow and the owner Matt responded right away. He gave me a ballpark estimate so I know what you expect for the job. But I always have to call a few other places before making a decision. Some technicians blow you off if you don't schedule with them right away. Matt was so accommodating. When I called the 2nd time he schedule a time that same week. Henry and his teammate showed up an hour earlier than the time window I was given. They assessed the situation. He mentioned that my water shut off valves needed replacing and what that would involve. I suspected as much since they were rusted in place. I was going to ask him about it anyway. Henry offered to fix it but if I didn't want to he could still finish the faucet replacement without it being an issue. I felt he was being honest about the situation and I wanted no plumbing issue later so I had him fix it. It really didn't take that much extra time. They really do work fast. They did an excellent job with minimal mess. They were very clean. The last time I had plumbers in my place they left plumbers putty everywhere. But this team was very clean. They were also patient with me while I reviewed the work they did and answered all my questions. I'm very pleased with the work they did. They were super professional, they set my expectations so there were no surprises and they took like 45 minutes to get it all done. I would call them back to my home in a heartbeat to fix any plumbing issue. Hopefully, I won't need too. I highly recommend them.

They might cost a little more but the work is done on schedule, and on budget. I have called on Matt and his crew at T-Flow Plumbing and Hating many times since 2004, and I've recommended them to many friends . The process of coordination the delivery of a stove, disconnecting the old one and reconnecting the new one all went very well. One of the fellas even ran down the street to get some batteries.

It took me a while to find a plumber that was even willing to talk to me about installing a European style radiator in place of an old cast iron. From the start of the project, Matt was really responsive. He was even texting back and forth with me at 8 in the evening to flush out some details prior to ordering the radiator. On the day of the install, Matt's crew (Henry and Marco) came and did the install. It wasn't without its obstacles (old 100 year old house with very old hydronic system). But at every step of the way, Henry and Marco worked through the issues and got the thing installed. The result is awesome, the radiator now blends into the wall and we've reclaimed about a foot 1/2 of wasted space. We are considering doing a few more throughout the house. The quality of the work is excellent and the price quoted for the radiator and install was bang on. I can't say enough about this crew, will be using them again for future projects.

Matt was very responsive after my initial call to him and his co-workers came out and fixed the toilet for me very quickly. Matt is a stand-up guy and he runs a professional business, and his prices are very fair!!

Two plumbers from T-flow came to detach 6 steam radiators and move them away from the wall for painting. They were very professional, performed work efficiently and was careful not to damage the floors of our apartment. I will use them again for reinstallation and future plumbing.

Called Tuesday morning before 8am as I noticed that my water heater was producing residue. I just bought my house in December and the home inspector mentioned that the water heater needed to be replaced, but I kept holding out hope that I could wait a little longer. Anyway, I called and got an appointment for the next day and was able to work from home while the water heater was replaced and the old one was carted away. The only complaint I have is for the price, which I feel could have potentially been a couple hundred less based on the price of the water heater, but I can say without any hesitation that I would call back for other plumbing/heating needs in the future. Even though I'm complaining a bit about the price, you do get what you pay for, so... The two guys who completed the work were extremely polite and very attentive. I even just recommended that my friend call up for a problem she's having with a radiator, based on my experience today.

The week was off to a bad start when my shower wouldn't turn off first thing on Monday morning. I called T-flow (after a quick Angie's search), and the owner told me he could have tech to me in two hours. Ralph was there in just over an hour (every minute counted because the water was running the entire time), and he quickly was able to diagnose the problem and change out the knob, which had been stripped from use over time. $175 for a 15 minute service call can make you cringe in many instances, but I honestly couldn't be more thankful for their responsiveness and quick arrival, making it well worth it. I need some faucets replaced, so I know who I'll be calling!

I called and the owner picked up. How often does that happen? And he diagnosed the problem quickly (and pointed out how the mistakes made by another company's tech led to the problem). Thank you Matt! He had a tech sent out within a few hours who was also very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional. Shout out to my man Ralph! He laughed when I told him that ARS recommended we change the entire system (and sent a salesman out to sell us one). Bled the lines removed air, corrected the pressures, water intake, opened a mistakenly closed return valve. Simple stuff but important, did a lot of teaching. The entire repair took under an hour and he didn't try to sell us anything unnecessary. Told us when and what to do for routine maintenance to prevent costly repairs (which was very little). Thank you guys. We used a holiday coupon they sent us to get $50 off, making the final cost $125.

For all jobs, big and small they provide excellent customer service, and are honest and dependable. They get the job done right the first time. Even if they costs a little more up front, you know the work they do is done right.

My father is an 86 year old man who lives alone and We tried to use home Serve for a faucet that wasn't working. Unfortunately, our plumbing coverage didn't cover faucets, so we called their recommended plumber directly. They sent a guy out the next day. He called after he was already late to day he would be late. When he got there, he decided the faucet was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. All that was wrong was that no water was coming out. Which probably means it was just blocked. Regardless of diagnosis, the guy ended up leaving for a couple hours to bring back a home depot $40 faucet and ended up charging $500 to replace it. I called to complain and the owner told me that the charge was correct and he wasn't ripping off an old man. He stated that his plumber was gone half the day getting parts and that time is costly. Why wouldn't a plumber have something like a standard faucet in his truck already? It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to pay a plumber to shop for supplies that are rudimentary. Then, it gets silly. He put the wrong adapter on the faucet, so the dishwasher couldn't be hooked up. The adapter he used was half the size of the one he replaced. It took several days for him to come back with a new adapter and that one was wrong too. Finally, the owner came out with a proper adapter. In the meantime, we couldn't use the machine for close to a week. What a rip off and shoddy service.

It went perfectly - Matt was great over phone and text. My tenant said who ever did the work was great, friendly and respectful. Huge on follow through and punctuality. Matt said he would call me at 7:30AM and called at 7:30AM.

I rarely write reviews, but made the effort here because these guys are great. I've worked with multiple plumbers over the past 20 years, with large and small jobs, and have pretty much seen it all. Three key things about T Flow: they were responsive (came quickly, even for a small job), they knew what they were doing, and they had the right parts on the truck. This last part is especially crucial - no second trip to schedule. They also seemed to genuinely value the work, which often isn't the case for folks who have been in business for awhile. In short, would hire them again in a second.

Refused to even bid on the job to do rough plumbing on a property. Seemed pretty rude on the phone.

Had to replace a part on my tenants furnace in sub zero temperatures so time was of the essence. Had called at 9pm. They had arrived, diagnosed the problem and replaced the part within an hour.

Awesome experience start to finish. We woke up to a wet floor downstairs and called T-Flow. He sent guys out in an under an hour. They figured out what the problem was (it was in unit in a neighboring townhouse). I got the owner in touch with them and they returned quickly to stop the leak. Positive reviews are well deserved.

Matt and his crew really came through for me and my extended family. It was the week before Thanksgiving and he worked with me to schedule the repairs early in the week. He scheduled the water shut-off with the town, his crew showed up on time, they made all the necessary repairs, cleaned up before leaving and came in $30.00 under the estimated cost. They determined the leak was within the wall and cut a small hole to find it. It was a nail driven into the shower water pipe by the people who originally put up the drywall in the new bathroom when installed 12 years ago. They were very polite, profession, neat and clean. And the young man Ralph, who had been to my house before to replace a cracked wax ring on my toilet was very well spoken and professional and explained everything before doing it. Matt the owner called me back the same day I called for service even though it was a Sunday. He thought he could have someone to my place by Tuesday but called Monday to say he could have two men to my house on Monday midday - 1- 1:30. They showed up at 1PM and got the job taken care of in 2 hours. They cut a hole in the wall removed the damaged pipe section and replaced it and cleaned up and explained everything to me in two hours time. I would definitely recommend T Flow plumbing to anyone!!!

We were very pleased that we chose T-Flow Plumbing. Matt & his team are extremely professional and skilled. They arrived at the time that they said. All areas were covered with drop cloths. All debris was cleaned. The work by each of his guys was very good. Matt and his foremen are extremely customer focused calling ahead and following up after the jobs were complete. Matt is very accessible and returns both calls and emails very promptly. We could not have chosen a better firm to do the plumbing work for us. Highly recommended!!

Very pleased with their work and they did an excellent job. Easy to work with.

They were supposed to come between 8 and 8:30, but didn't arrive until about 9:45. That, combined with it taking awhile for them to find the clog, meant that I had to take the whole morning off from work. But the plumbers were polite, worked hard to fix the problem, and were careful to put down drop cloths and contain the mess. My drain seems to be working fine now, although soap from one side of the sink still bubbles up on the other side, which makes me think there may still be a small clog in the pipes (the two sides aren't connected except for a common drain pipe).

My appliances were from the 80's; I'd purchased new ones (fridge, stove, dishwasher) from a retailer, who'd taken away the old stove and fridge, but couldn't disconnect the old dishwasher. T Flow, who I hadn't used before, showed up on time. When their truck couldn't fit in my parking spot, they found street parking w/o complaint a block off, and walked everything back and forth as necessary. They were very efficient about that. It turned out the dishwasher had been hooked up with hard copper pipe; they were prepared. When they discovered the sink shutoff wasn't hooked up correctly, they were prepared, and fixed it. When the weird old water filtration system turned out to have been custom installed by drilling an extra hole in my sink, they had a solution. And all of it was done with good explanations and good alternatives presented. They adjusted the dishwasher to deal with the tight fit of the stove next to it, and fixed the old dishwasher's issue with draining overflowing back into the sink. They correctly leveled the dishwasher to my preferences. I was prepared to put back the stove and level it myself, but they did it gratis, and better than I would have. They were very quick. And they gave me a $25 option to remove the old dishwasher, saving me calling the retailer back up to take it. I understand why they have such high reviews. It was a very professional job, and that despite not being very big.
