Description of Work: Narrow Way responded to me on an emergency call on a Saturday when I had no heat. They didn't know me. He arrived when he said he would, fixed problem and was professional. Best of all they sent me a very itemized bill which was very impressive. I called them again for a toilet problem a couple weeks later and again the same great service. I have me a plumber.
