Description of Work: I happen to like Comcast because they have 24/7 phone customer support, and Verizon doesn't. My girlfriend ended up also changing over to Comcast

Description of Work: I'm not impressed with Comcast AT all. They gave me a very hard time with returning the cable box for one room. They told me I was a few days too early, even though I couldn't come the following week during their very limited business hours. They were extremely rude.

Description of Work: This year I switched my services from my old providers of TV and phone and bundled everything with Comcast. I saved some money by bundling, however the switchover did not go too smoothly. Comcast charges more money for somethings than my old provider but they claim their customer service is far superior, it is not. My previous provider has problems but so does Comcast. Comcast customer service neglected to take care of many things correctly in the change over (like notifying my previous provider about my phone number) so many thing did not go at all smoothly and took many phone calls from me to straighten out. They also promise a "premium installation" where they told me that I will be shown how everything works, how to convert over my e-mail etc. I was handed the books and shown nothing. It's a good thing I'm reasonably tech savvy or the technician would have had to return.
