They are good. They come out when you need them. When you call them, you've paid your bill, they should come out the same day instead of 2 or 3 days later.

I haven't tried to contact them. They could keep their signal consistent. Their signal has stopped working over the past year, it is not too often, and that is very aggravating.

It is expensive. The quality is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The responsiveness is not bad. They give you a window between 1:00 and 4:00. I use them all the time. I had another service one time which was cheaper.

The bill is too much. I wish I had more choices for providers. They could charge less, and give more for your money. They could offer more in the package.

We have the Triple Play. To get better grades from me when service is out, maybe they could give me a discount. I wish the internet was a little more stable.

Terrible - whenever I called them with a question they would play a readable voicemail. I tried so many times to get rid of them, and each time I called I got a different person each time. They said they didn?t know how to turn that off. When I discontinued my service they said I had 30 days access to my email before it cancelled out ? turns out it was gone in 3 days. So many people then told me that said it shouldn?t be 30 days or that long at all. They said that if someone I knew had Comcast I could put the email under them to get email access. I did that, but it was hours and hours of arguing with people on the phone ? there was no clear communication among the employees.

We're only allowed Comcast because in Boston, it does not have any other service. We only have Comcast. We're not allowed to get anybody else. I am disgusted with their prices. They get away with it. Since our old mayor passed away, in this area it was the only provider that we were allowed to have. The majority of the city of Boston can only use Comcast. I called RCN and Verizon, and they can't come provide service for us. The new box is really cool. They gave us a new box. Even thought they said they are not charging me, every year everything goes up. They locked me in for 2 years. All I have is the DVR with them. For quality it looks wonderful, but I think cable in general should be rated like electricity. It's based on how we use it because I barely have time to watch anything because I am always at work. They should give long-term customers decent deals. I understand that they are providing quality service but if you want to keep quality customers, they have to work with us. They are getting better when it comes to responsiveness. They got way better. In the past, they weren't as good as what they are now. They are more accommodating.

We have Comcast and sometimes with the reception there's an issue but they gave me a discount on my bundle that I have. You save money with a bundle. Sometimes the frustrating part is that if you have an issue they say they can't get out for like four or five days, which if your TV isn't working or something isn't working, that's not too great. The good thing about them is there is always some one there to answer when you call.

Like everyone else, I think they are way too expensive but what are you going to do? Except for the price, they are all the same. I think their service is fine, if I call them they show up.

The serviceman was not pleasant to deal with. Did not listen and acted like he did not want to be there. He forgot to do two things and I needed my handyman there to assist with the job. He did not seem to fully know what he was doing though in the end everything worked. I left him my old boxes to take with him to return to Comcast and he left them at my house so I had to take them to Braintree myself. Also got a bill from Comcast for non-returned boxes (which later was credited back). I would use Comcast again though only due to lack of better options.

Everything went smoothly. The connections were tightened up and the technician noticed that our router was older and ordered us a new one for free and then checked some comm problems other sets were having.
Description of Work: We had line problems due to a storm and they came out promptly, fixed the issue and fixed a few more things while they were there.

I have used them for quite a few years; it is the only company I use. The bill is too high. We removed a lot of the premium channels. I don't think it is worth that much money just for cable. The quality is okay. Their punctuality is very good. Some of the people are professional and some of them are not.

Comcast quoted a price over the phone for specific services. When the installation person came, he said several of the items included in the quote would be extra. Our wi-fi has worked one day since it's been installed. A service person said the modem was probably defective, and that we would need to go to the Comcast office and replace it. Their methods are very deceptive. Going back to Verizon.
