To say that Marilyn is good at what she does is an understatement. She is not only professional, but she is diligent, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile. My brother and I were the deemed the executors of my mother's estate after her sudden passing. House sold first open house. I'd say it went great!

Marilyn provided excellent service and professionalism. She was sincere and helpful from the beginning to end. She knows the market inside and out; she walked us through what to expect and was very responsive when answering all our follow-up questions. One of the great things about Marilyn is that she’s creative and can help identify great opportunities that others might overlook. An example of this is during the sale the roads around house were under construction, which turned away potential buyers. Marilyn would come an hour early before showing time to put home sales sign in such strategical ways in order to attract potential buyers without having them to go through the road under construction. Marilyn also staged the house, and published three D tour which was also instrumental to sell our house. Marilyn is incredibly responsive, tenacious, and thorough with her job. We are very grateful for her service.
