Marilyn is awesome! I originally met with her in 2019. I was interested in buying a home, but financially wasn't prepared and needed to improve my credit. Fast forward to 2022, I was in a much better position financially to afford a home and my credit had improved so I decided to start my search. I originally started with another realtor, but felt like they weren't really listening to my needs and it felt more like they were trying to make a sale. Marilyn and her team went above and beyond to find my son an apartment to rent. He was moving to the area from out of state after graduating from college, and their help was invaluable. Not only did they continue to find him the right place, but they made sure his commute was doable, the area was safe (as a mom that was one of my top priorities), affordable, and a location where a young guy could socialize. They thought of everything, and when we found that perfect home, Marilyn walked through every detail of the paperwork and every square inch of the property! She made sure my son was aware of his rental rights in MA and that he understood how to best document and communicate with the landlord. I will be forever grateful for Marilyn. we met Marilyn through another real estate agent who referred us. Important advise I got years ago was, you want your real estate agent to want you to buy a house as much as you want to buy a house. From the minute we met her she was guns blazing with strategies and ideas to get us the best bid in a competitive market. When we were starting to loose hope, she'd call and all the reasons not to. When we finally had an accepted offer and we were going through the unknowns of the closing end of the house, Marilyn always picked up and answered any questions I had. (very close to 24 hours a day) I would recommend Marilyn to anyone buying a house, to those who are experience to naive or rich to just making it. She will get you that house, regardless of the market.
