She has been doing great work. She has a great team. I am quite fussy about cleanliness and she and her team are doing very well. Sometimes I do have to leave a message if I am trying to contact Lucy herself, but she always gets back to me.

I love Lucy! I can always tell when Lucy has been cleaning. Everything sparkles. Spotless isn't a clean enough description. She vacuums the sofa and neatly rearranges the pillows. Those stains on the stovetop that never went away, no matter how hard I scrubbed? Gone! Then there are those special Lucy touches --like the neatly tied bags in all the garbage cans. I can't clean the house this thoroughly myself. Lucy is invariably friendly and helpful. One time we forgot to leave the house open for her and she rescheduled for the very next day. I've never had any trouble getting in touch with her. Her prices are very reasonable for the quality of work she does. I wish I could afford to have Lucy come every week.

Everything has gone very well! Lucy responded to my initial email quickly and arrived at exactly the time we had arranged. We showed her our house and discussed what we would like done, and Lucy quoted us a price for the initial visit and the regular follow-ups after that. Both prices were very reasonable. On the initial visit, she and her staff arrived punctually and got right to work; they were with us for most of the day and cleaned the entire house thoroughly from top to bottom, including things I wouldn't have thought of like the glass globes on the dining room chandelier. The regular visits since the initial one have been similar, with Lucy and one employee arriving on time and doing a thorough job. We are delighted to have found Lucy! She is a pleasure to talk to and has been very flexible and accommodating about what we want done, what materials to use, schedule, etc. In addition, her rates are very reasonable, and she does what she says she'll do. I would not hesitate to call her for either regular or special-occasion cleaning.

I am very happy with her service. She is cheerful and thoughtful...a pleasure to have!

We were moving into a new home, which required a "deep" clean. Lucy was prompt in returning my call for a quote, came as scheduled for the quote, and most importantly was on time for the scheduled cleaning day. On cleaning day, Lucy arrived at 8:30am with an additional staff member. Both were excellent. They spent 8+ hours cleaning a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, and in my opinion going way above and beyond. Everything from the basics of mopping the floors, cleaning the oven, etc., to cleaning the window tracks, taking ashes from the fireplace, cleaning the inside of light fixtures, and more. Lucy and her team are easy to communicate with, very trustworthy, and you feel like you have know them for years. We're so happy with her that we intend to use her for 2X/month cleanings of the home on a go forward basis.

They're a great cleaning service. She has even cleaned the refrigerator at no additional cost. I appreciate that she's willing do provide this type of service as well.

Lucy and her assistant do a great job! We both seem to work well leaving a little flexibility in terms of what time she will start and finish; however, that is fine for me....and when she is here, she does a great job. I feel so grateful to her for making my life easier by having a clean house...a job that I am not very good at---and she is brilliant at. She is also a very kind person and willing to go above the call of duty in working around my 4 dogs that are here when she is.

They missed 2 times of appointments for an estimate. 1st time, she returned my call and told me that they will be there at 3(pm). I told her that I will left a message on her voice mail immediately, if I can not make it at that time, after I check my schedule right after I hang up. So I did call in 5 minutes to reschedule to other time and asking a confirmation call. No return call, no show up either of time. Then, she called me 2 hours late and told me that she lost a phone. Ok.. One time it can happen. She told me that any time on Thursday available. I told her that I need to check my schedule and give you a call back in 5 minutes. She said I need to leave a message. So, I did leave a message with a time with a hope she show up on time. On Thursday, she did showe up. No phone call. Not answering a phone ay her phone number. I am business owner as well. I do not treat my customer in that way. She should not treat her customer in that way. I am not sure how she got a good feedback in Angies. In fact, that is why I choose to give her call for a cleaning service at the first place. I don't think I want a cleaning service from her in a future.

It was difficult to get her here, and there was a communication barrier. We showed her around and asked her to submit a bid and send us information on insurance, workmans comp, etc. She said she would get back with us, and never did. I called and left a message and have still never heard back from her.

They did a terrific cleaning job for us. They were punctual and extremely thorough. Their price is good.

Initially we had some scheduling issues. They have worked themselves out.

I called Lucy a week before Thanksgiving. She stopped by the following day to do a walk-through and give an estimate. Initial cleaning was about 50% more than the every-other-week scheduled cleaning. She and one of her employees arrived the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, as planned, and spent many hours cleaning the house. It gleamed when they were through. Two of her employees have now been coming every two weeks and have done an excellent job with each visit.

Extremely well.

Lucy's motto is we don't cut corners, we clean them and for the four + years that she and I have been together, I can attest that is a true statement. Each person in her crew is courteous and kind (sometimes my kids are home). They do a very thorough job and I refer them highly.
