LUCY'S CLEAN & BRIGHT

Fantastic - they were there several hours and did the most thorough clean I've ever seen!

Lucy's clean and bright has been cleaning my house every other week for about 2 years now. They do a good job cleaning - it's not perfect, but it's very good, and for the low price that she charges me, I'm very happy with what they do. My cleaning includes changing all of the beds, cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming and mopping all of the floors, emptying the trash in the rooms, vacuuming upholstered furniture, dusting/wiping down wood furniture, etc. They also clean the inside of the windows and our sliding glass door. I have my cleanings scheduled first thing in the morning, and the girls are almost always on time, much more so than other services I've used. The girls are friendly and they work fairly quickly. I often leave them in the house unattended, and nothing has ever gone missing. They are also good about making sure my dog doesn't get out when they leave. Overall, I'm really happy with Lucy's cleaning services. It's a wonderful day every other week when they've been to my house, and I feel like I'm getting a great deal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for cleaner in the area.

Wedding soon, wanted house scrubbed then a monthly service. Her Angie's List email did not work, but we connected via phone. She agreed on a date an time to come check out the house. The day she was supposed to come, she wanted to change the dates and I had already taken the day off so I could be at home. She agreed to come that night, Two ladies showed up and went through the house. She said she would have to research the cost, but could come July 4th and 5th as the deep cleaning would take two days. I was surprised she would come on the 4th and mentioned the holiday. She said they loved to work holidays and committed to the the 4th and 5th. A few days later, she quoted 1,000 for the deep cleaning and 95 every two weeks. It was much higher than we expected, but guests would be arriving on the 9th, so we agreed. A few days after that she said she changed her mind and could not start until the 9th. Guests would already be arriving! I complained about her change of commitment and that it was now so late I probably could not find anyone else. At that point she quite returning text messages. We finally did find another service that could come on the 7th and be done before the guests arrived. I texted Lucy to tell her we no longer needed her and asked her to respond to confirm she was not coming on the 9th. I still have not heard from her! While I have a feeling she and her team does great work, I cannot trust anything she says. I feel she never really wanted this job in the first place and wish she would have simply said so. Don't waste your time or your frustration level. Just go find someone else.

I made an appointment at 8 a.m. They arrived 45 minutes late and so they couldn't finish the whole job because I had to go to work.no biggie things happen, angies list called me to review them, I told them I would prefer to wait to see how they did today, glad I did , The second appointment we made was for 1 p.m today. I texted her at 1:30 and asked if they were coming. She replied that she forgot. I replied that I was here so they could come. She told me that it was too far and that they could come tomorrow. I have to work tomorrow' that is the reason that you make appointments ahead of time, It was very unprofessional and I won't be using them again.

Lucy's cleaners generally come while I am at work but when I come home, it is to a beautifully clean, sparkling and wonderful smelling house. They clean all the bathrooms (3) thoroughly, including mopping the floors, change the sheets on our bed, dust everything, pick up when necessary (I try hard not to make that necesary) and vacuum the entire house and then clean the kitchen. They are very professional and efficient. And they don't mind large dogs! I will certainly continue to use their services because I have been completely satisfied!

It went very well. I liked how thorough they was. They quoted me a fair rate. They started at like 8:30 in the morning and they were there until night and they didn't change quote. They got back to me on the same day. They were right there when they said they were going to be. They were very professional.

She's great and she does a great job. She's very thorough. When she came down, she told me what she cleaned and how she cleaned it and I like the fact that she used the products I use. The workers are very nice, seems courteous, friendly, they listen and they're good.

This is the 2nd company I tried. I contacted Lucy when the company I was using started doing a really lousy job. I had contacted that owner, and no improvements were made, so I decided to find someone else. I chose Lucy based on the reviews here, and I have been very happy with her company. She has been cleaning my house every other week for months now, and they do a very thorough job cleaning. Two people come and it takes them about 2 hours. There is a lot of chatting that goes on between the cleaners, and I think that slows things down, but that doesn't bother me at all. As long as the house is clean, I am happy, and I have never been disappointed. For the most past, the cleaners arrive within their designated time frame, much more so than the other company I used did. There is a little bit of fluctuation in the arrival time, but I think that is normal with cleaners. I don't usually have to get in touch with Lucy, but when I do, she does respond. Usually it's via text message. Finally, for the quality of cleaning you get, I think that Lucy's prices are very fair, even on the low side. The girls that come to my house are very friendly and I trust there to be here alone. They are also good with my dog who is a big over-enthusiastic pest when guests come over. I would recommend Lucy's services to anyone in the area who thinks they might want help cleaning. It is worth every penny. I referred Lucy to my sister who lives nearby and she has also been very happy with the quality of cleaning as well. I'm so glad that I found Lucy. There's nothing like coming home after the cleaners have been here.

My house is clean and bright when I come home. The work is consistently great. Lucy is responsive to my changing schedule. I am very happy with the service.

Have been so happy with Lucy and her crew! In the past have had cleaners start out gung ho on cleaning and then start getting lax after a few months. Lucy, on the other hand, has been cleaning for us for almost a year and it has never been anything less than top notch every time. Lucy is professional, caring, and gives 100%.

It went great! The house looked awesome. I'm not sure how long she was here as we got out of the way, but I could tell that she'd paid attention to details and was very thorough.

So I did take about 3 weeks to get an appt with Lucy, I almost gave up. She came for the initial walk through and I still didn't hear from her for another week. When we set up the initial clean she then left the ball in my court. I was impressed with that. Now we are on a bi-monthly schedule and I'm happy I didn't give up on Lucy. I so appreciate coming home to a clean house after a long commute and not having to spend my weekends doing housework.

Lucy and Cida come bi-weekly to clean my house. It's my favorite day of the week. They get every corner and every inch. Lucy is happy to modify one room for another, if you have extra spaces, which is very helpful because we seldom use our living room and dining room. I have cleaned my own house over the years as well as tried two other cleaners in the past and Lucy and Cida do a better job than anyone, even yourself. To boot -- they are both very sweet with my hairy dog and little girl. My daughter loves them too!

As stated the price, quality of the work performed and the professionalism of the cleaning crew was excellent. This service's usual customers are those who have regular cleaning performed (e.g. once a week, twice a month, etc). I greatly appreciated that Ms Lucy was amenable to taking on a one-time job. The price was very fair. She and her crew accomplished in a few hours what would have taken me a couple of days. I was pleased with the service. My only not so positive comment is that it took some time to connect with Ms Lucy. Had this been an urgent issue I would have had to move on to someone else. But in all fairness I believe she is just starting out (perhaps a year, a little less in existence) and it takes time to get the business end down.

Lucy and her crew came in to do a deep cleaning and when they left, the place sparkled! I have three large hairy dogs and not a lot of housekeeping skills so the house was pretty dirty. Lucy had come to give me an estimate earlier which was $250 for the first cleaning and then $100 after to come every two weeks. They have come twice now since the original cleaning and I have been really pleased.

Every other week we have one special day, the day we come home to a house that has been -- as we say -- "Lucitized". Lucy's crew do a very thorough job and are always willing to meet any special requests, and to adjust their routine or schedule to accommodate us. Lucy uses her own cleaning products except where we use specific things (like a stone cleaner for our kitchen counters) which is very convenient for us. Her price is extremely reasonable, especially given the quality of work done. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy's Clean & Bright!

Lucy does an excellent job, and gets things clean that I have trouble with, such as the stove top. She is responsive when I have an occasional special request, or scheduling issue.

Lucy cleans our house every 2 weeks and does an excellent job. I have had other cleaners, both individuals and companies and Lucy outshines them all in the quality of her work, the pricing, and her customer service. She does everything she says she will and if you notice something was missed all you need to do is mention it to Lucy and it is taken care of and not missed again. Lucy uses her own cleaning products unless you have a particular product you want to use. Excellent value for the work performed. I would highly recommend her.

Lucy's been cleaning my house for nearly, if not over, two years now. When I first enlisted her help I was pregnant with twins and really needed someone who could support my own standards of housekeeping. I contracted with 4 or 5 cleaning services in addition to Lucy to find the best fit for me. This list included the largest "maid" chain out there and another highly rated lady from this website. I had no luck with all but two of my picks. When it came down to the wire, the other lady just stopped coming and sent a proxy. The difference was distinct and despite my request for her to show, she never did. I called Lucy back and let her know the only shortfall I found with her service was that she was moving the furniture and not putting it back in place. For a pregnant woman this is a dilemma. Lucy was more than accommodating and encouraged me to let her know about these things so she may provide the type of help I was needing. Lucy's been very helpful to me. Her price is reasonable (so much so that when considering how to tighten our budget Lucy seems to be a deal that we just can't pass up right now.) I trust her; she has the key to my house (this is saying a lot as we were broken into 3 years ago.) She's a mother as well and has somehow managed to show up at my house bright and early every Monday morning. She's worked around my schedule, rather than fit me into hers. I think her cleaning skills are excellent. In fact, I think she's so particular that she has trouble finding assistants who can rise to her level of professionalism. I've learned from my experience that what one person calls clean another person may not. Lucy gets me. She's always gone the extra mile for me. Picking up mounds of tiny toys, folding clothes, washing the outer side of a very muddy sliding glass window in the middle of winter. She's not asked or paid to do any of this. She brings her own cleaning agents but is happy to use whatever you request. She even rummaged thru a dirty vacuum cleaner bag to see if she may have vacuumed up a lucky quarter that had sentimental value to our family!! I just can't say enough.

Overall the experience has been good. We outlined to her what cleaning agent to use etc and we had some tasks we wanted taken care of as well. Do: explain exactly what your expectationsare eg cleaning agents - furnitre not to be moved - collectibles Dont: Leave laundry un - sorted, my wife's idea of what is colored and other pople's are two different opinions. Make sure you sort clothes out first. Put pets in basement .

Lucy cancelled the day before she and her team were scheduled to clean my home. She left me a message stating that she broke her ankle and could not work for 45 days. I called the number on her website and her husband answered and stated that she is out working at her assigned jobs for the day. When I got home I called Lucy and she never returned my called, therefore, I wasted 3 weeks wating for her when I could have gotten another cleaner service if she had the decency to just call me and say she did not want the job. This was not a very professional way of handling customers.
