Excellent service and professionalism.They sell high Quality Provia doors. Had another Installer give and estimate for Provia doors and it took 5 hours of my time and the price was three times as high. O'sullivan has straight forward cost model with no Gimmicks. The price is what it says it is and you know before hand. Very pleased with the install and the door looks awesome. Its been a month and no issues. Elite dealers make a big difference. Highly reccomend.

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. A job estimate was done promptly, the price was very competitive, and we were given a realistic time frame for when the work could be completed. The work crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day, completed the job on time under difficult weather conditions (windy and about 20 degrees), and cleaned up well after finishing. The job manager at O'Sullivan later checked in with us over the phone to ask how things went. We would recommend O'Sullivan very highly to anyone needing similar work done.

Brian from O'Sullivan was very prompt reaching out to me after my initial inquiry. In our first conversation he noted that they rarely take on projects in Boston due to lack of parking and traffic. He is also noted that their product is top of the line (ProVia) and therefore on the more expensive end. I was fine with this so we scheduled an appointment for Brian to come out at which time he brought examples of everything with him. The two front doors seem pretty straight forward. The driveway door would be custom. But O'Sullivan would take care of everything, including getting the permit needed to do the work. After discussing with our condo association we decided to book O'Sullivan. The doors had to be ordered and took a while to come in but when they did O'Sullivan immediately scheduled the install. Two guys came out and finished the install on a Saturday morning and they even added a trim to match our previous design. Brian followed-up after the install to ensure we were happy with everything and we were! Due to the fact the doors were installed in the fall they did swell in the summer making it difficult to open and close for a short time. We were able to fix this issue ourselves.

I cannot say enough good things about O'Sullivan Installs. If you're looking for someone to install siding/windows/doors in your home, look no further! When I started shopping around for estimates for my project, I reached out to several local companies. O'Sullivan sent their man, Brian, out to my house for a very detailed and thorough presentation that went through all of the options available, a comparison of the materials they use versus other companies and why they're better, including a cost comparison. The attention to detail there was what easily won me over. O'Sullivan goes above and beyond when it comes to the little things - for example, once they strip the old siding off of the house they treat it with mold and insect repellent as an added step before putting the new wrap and siding on. Their crews are also certified to perform the warranty work for any material issues that you may encounter for the duration of the warranty which prevents a lot of the runaround you'd experience with other companies who would tell you to contact the manufacturer of the siding instead. They even bring their own porta-john to the job site so that you don't have to worry about their crew making multiple trips to your bathroom while they're working. Once the job was scheduled to start the supervisor, Mark, stopped by to do a walkthru with me to go over what would be done, identify any areas that may pose an issue or obstruction (for example I had a shed that needed to be moved away from the house so that the siding could be installed. I emptied it out and Mark had his crew help me move it over a foot or two so they had room to work) and to check and see if I had any questions. Mark would also come by just about everyday to check on the progress and quality of the work and answer any questions or concerns I might have had (I had no concerns). The crew was very professional and polite throughout the install process. You could tell they worked hard and took pride in the quality of their work and they were FAST! My project was done in about 6 days (granted, I have a smaller, squared off house, but it was still impressive). They made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day and were especially thorough when they were inside the house for the window installs. They installed new doorbells and light fixtures for me at the end of the job as well which was great. Once the job was finished, Mark gave me a day to sort of kick the tires and test all the new windows and doors to make sure I was happy and if I found any issues. I did find a couple of small items that I brought up with him and he had them resolved for me the next day. He even offered to come back if I ended up doing any work on my deck or anywhere else that may touch the siding and might need a little tweeking. Again, I can't say enough good things about this company. They set the bar very high and knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend O'Sullivan Installs for all your siding/window/door needs.

Once we ordered our doors it took a little bit before we were fit into the schedule because we were a small job. The person who did the installation did a great job and was very patient with our two year old who wanted to watch. We are very happy with the work they did.

Awesome. If you don't use OSullivan Installs you need your head examined. Quality, great price point (way less than those cheesy 4hour windows presentation people). Tim and his crew has done all our windows and doors and we will use him again in our next home. The company is honest, true, value for money and efficient and clean as well. I don't write many reviews but as an Angie's List member I feel other people will benefit from using O'Sullivan Installs because the window replacement world has some shady tactics but Tim and his company rises above in every way. This is the second time I am using Tim's company, he had replaced a porch door in another property a while back and the experience and the quality of the work was fabulous, based on that O'Sullivan Installs got this second job to replace all windows on a single family colonial. It has been great and no hassle to work with the O'Sullivan crew to find the right window and get them installed. O'Sullivan sales person I worked with recommended triple glass imperial line, and the windows look and work great so far. Installation crew was friendly and professional. Very happy with the new windows and experience.

The salesman was punctual & the price was reasonable. The installation was done when promised. The installers were very neat, both inside our home and outside. Since we wanted to stain the wood around the window, the installers very carefully sanded the wood so that it was ready for staining. We were very pleased and highly recommend them.

I reached out to Tim to inquire about door installation. The whole process was painless and efficient. Brian came to our house to present the products and help us decide and price the best option for our needs. It took ~6 weeks to build the custom door (not standard size). After a few email exchanges, Paul helped schedule the installation date and all went really well. The installer, Gleb, was absolutely great! He and his partner showed up on time, very polite, courteous, and friendly. He was explaining everything when I asked questions. The installation took half a day, during which they were very quiet (I was working from home), and clean. They were very careful with the surroundings, making sure to protect the floors, and cleaned thoroughly before leaving, inside and outside.

I was aware of O'Sullivan Windows prior. The owner, Tim O'Sullivan's brother Bob owns Ranch Roofing. He replaced our roof and removed some ice dams. GREAT guy who does QUALITY work! (See Angie's reviews for further). I contacted Tim O'Sullivan and he sent one of his sales guys (really a science guy) out to explain the types of windows offered and how each one performs. Even brought in a portable window for demonstration purposes! 2 hours later, I was sold! Not only did I now understand windows, I was not hassled by a sales pitch in the process. That's because Tim is confident that his windows are superior. Tim offered a quality window with limited install damage to frame and casings. 3 crew team. Did second stage 18 windows in one day. Limited mess. Limited heat loss (as this was early December). Tim has always been responsive. A man who says what he does and does what he says! A true professional! The best!

O'Sullivan installs carries the window I wanted at a reasonable price for New England. The windows are manufactured in the midwest and pricier here than there, but I had an awareness of these and the windows are well rated nationally, so I went with them. I am very happy with the windows, the added insulation they provided, ease of cleaning, lack of little gnats inside my house, etc. The crew worked on an extremely cold winter day and did well. Tim was at the site when I did have a small issue and rectified it happily. The regular forman was tied up with a happy emergency and I will say that you definitely want to have him or Tim on site and do a thorough walk about. The crew won't notice things that you might point out or have questions about and Tim filled that void once he arrived. Even when I noticed some siding issues a week later, they came back and took care of popping it back in. Freezing weather made it difficult. I noticed immediate difference in the house, so glad I replaced the upstairs windows. I would use O'Sullivan installs again. They do use the business model of sending out a consultant who is eager to close the sale during the visit and I am usually turned off by even the slightest "sign now" pressure, but their professionalism and the window quality and past reviews won me over.

The workmen did a wonderful job - they were neat and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Their work was done very professionally and it looks fantastic. After installation, they even put up my new window boxes for me! I couldn't be more pleased and only wish I had used them for the other sides of the house earlier.

I contacted O'Sullivan Installs in November and they gave me a price and told me that because of the time of year they had a backlog and wouldn't be able to do the job until March. That was okay. They put me on an email distribution so that I could see exactly where I was on the queue. They actually were ready to do it early but we were away. They ended up starting the job right at the end of Maarch. The workmen were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after the job was done. I know this was a small job for them but they treated us well and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

This is my second time using O'Sullivan Installs. I had some siding and windows done by them a few years ago. This was just a small job, removing my old storm door and replacing it with a new one. The installation was done perfectly and professionally. Tim really has a great crew and I have had nothing but positive experiences with his company. His prices tend to be a little on the high side but he more than makes up for it with his quality of materials and workmanship. I would recommend him and he will be the first one I call if I need any more work done.

From day one when we had our first contact with O'Sullivan there was a good feeling, that the right people where going to handle the job, was I right. The sales person Paul, had a very easy job the product sold it's self, very high end and also i was able to replace my clapboard with the same style vinyl. The quality of the siding was top notch, the crew from the foreman Marc to the crew Kim and 2 other gentlemen where professional, easy going and wonderful to work with, I must say between two of them they had over 25 years with O'Sullivan, that speaks volumes to me. Even the second crew who came to install the window and storm door where just as good, must run through out the company, how genius. The project was done in less than two weeks and the candles on the cake came when the shutters where installed. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the product, the service and the people we worked with even the owner Tim was easy to reach and available. A day doesn't go by without a person talking about how wonderful the house looks], and it does. So, i say if you want a great company that provides a quality product, a terrific crew, who leaves your yard spotless, and delivers what THEY PROMISE than call O'Sullivan, you'll do your self right.

We recently had our front door and sidelights replaced with Provia brand products. Because this was only a week ago, I can't speak to longevity, but the recent cold snap did provide an opportunity to experience how much better the new system is compared with what we had before. Now, we can stand by the front door and not know it (at least, not based on the temperature!). The system seems to be excellent in that regard. Also, the operation of both the front door and the storm door, is really nice. Feels very solid. In terms of service, O'Sullivan Installs can give quotes immediately using an iPad app, something that I find to be extremely convenient-- no more waiting for contractors to get back to you with a quote, which too many seem to either take a very long time to do, or fail to do at all. The quote included the details one would hope for/expect in terms of specific products being selected, options, model numbers, etc. Installation occurred within the expected timeframe, and there were no cleanup problems. Overall, we have had a very good experience with both the firm and the product.
