Great experience. My call was returned same day for an appointment for a quote. From choosing the top quality doors to install, everything was on time, clean. Since the doors were installed, I've had two calls to make sure everything was still of my expectation. Doors have held up great through the winter into spring.

He and his team were responsive, on time, did high quality work and followed up. He also guarantees his work and customer satisfaction is important to him.

My experience with O'Sullivan Installs was great. Tim and each employee we worked with were courteous and professional. The doors were installed perfectly . I was very happy with the job and would absolutely recommend this company.

His quote was higher than what I paid the other guy that I used. He told me that it would require replacing some wood underneath and his estimate was $400 higher. I paid $1000 and he quoted me $1400. The second estimate that I got told me that it won't be necessary to replace the wood. At this point, I don't know if I really need to do it or not. I'm very happy with the work of the second one that was $400 less. He said he didn't like to do a partial job. I would let him come out and give me an estimate in future.

The job went extremely well. George, the salesman, was very informative and pleasant. I received quotes from 3 companies and while O'Sullivan Installs was the highest of the 3 (not by a lot), I felt that they would be the best installers to take good care of my tenants and the house itself. George also explained that one of the companies was using a "bait & switch" tactic on me and quoting me the price of 1 type of window, while they were really planning on installing a lower quality window. The windows had to be ordered and ended up coming in closer to the holidays than we were expecting. Because of the timing, I think, I had to initiate contact to make sure the windows had been received. We then ran in to bad weather, but Tim, the owner, was very good at communicating when they would or wouldn't be there. I appreciated the communication so I could keep the tenants informed. The installation went very smoothly. The crew did an excellent job of removing the old windows as carefully as possible to minimize any damage to the old wood trim. They worked very quickly, getting the entire downstairs apartment complete in one day. The 2nd floor apartment took longer, as expected, but they made sure to clean up after themselves each day and were very respectful of the house and tenants. I am very happy I chose to spend a little more and use O'Sullivan Installs. I really feel they did their best and I am thrilled with how the windows look, feel, and sound. They really improve the property and my tenants are very happy to have windows that work! I would recommend O'Sullivan Installs to anyone and would use them in the future.

Absolutely the best experience. Tim and his team do everything you need..They are on-time, detail oriented, clean and also make sure you are 100% satisfied. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

It went great, and I would use him again. If I absolutely HAD to complain about anything, it would be that he's too diligent on wanting to please the town inspector! But I guess you can't complain about that.

The whole process was very smooth. George came out and went over all the options and ordered the door. Several weeks later the door came in (it took a little longer than usual b/c we had it painted a custom color at the factory) and O'Sullivan installs installed the doors in one day. We have little kids and were concerned about lead paint; they put down a tarp and cleaned up well. New door looks great and works great so far.

Back in 2010 we needed some help finishing the outside of some new windows in our renovated kitchen. Our contractor at the time claimed he was not responsible, so we were stuck. We had used Tim's brother of Ranch Roofing to replace our roof that year, and they had repaired some window trim as part of the roof renovation. So, we called Ranch Roofing and they referred us to Tim of O'Sullivan Installs out to help us. He installed the trim on the outside windows so we could have our project completed and sealed up for the winter. When it came time for us to replace our siding, Tim was our first call. He helped us out in a jam at a very reasonable price, and we wanted to give him our business again. George arrived on time to give us information about the company and products and to give an estimate. He was a great help in guiding us toward the right type of siding and doors for our home. Tim was on-site for much of the project, and was very attentive to every detail. The team uncovered some rotted wood when the old siding was removed, and they called in a contractor to replace it right away. We ran into a few delays, one related to materials being unavailable, and one related to the lock down following the Boston Marathon bombings. The project was completed in a timely manner given those unforeseen issues, and we are very pleased with the finished product. We have an old home with some leveling issues, and the doors and window trim were installed beautifully. The siding and doors look terrific, and we have received nothing but compliments from our friends and neighbors. Additionally, Tim is so good-natured and fun, and was a pleasure to have around. We trusted him and his team enough that we left for vacation while they were finishing up the job. We recommend them highly.

Our experience with O'Sullivan Installs has been great. The appointment with Tim O'Sullivan was at our house, where he showed us all the different types of doors we could get. We needed a new front door and a new garage door. We were very happy with our choices and surprised at how low the cost was. We did get a bit of a discount because were were having two doors done. The installation also went well. The crew that came out were very professional and did a great job. About a week later we noticed some settling with the front door causing it not to lock easily. They came out right away and made an adjustment at no charge, and the issue was resolved. This past winter, we were noticing an issue with the basement door - also probably due to settling or the temperature changes. The basement door was scraping a bit as ti closed. Again, they came right out and did a fantastic job of adjusting it at no charge. We've been very happy with the quality of the products and the customer service we've gotten. They stand behind their work and have proven that with their multiple visits to deal with issues we've had. I would definitely recommend them.

Tim O'Sullivan and O'Sullivan Installs were Great! From start to finish it was as perfect as could possibly be. I highly recommend them for any door, window, or siding installation. George from O'Sullivan Installs arrived on time for the estimate and explained all the options. He asked the right questions and helped me to make the right decisions based on my own opinions and his experience. It felt like he was assisting making decisions and not just telling me what I had to do. He gave me the prices and left me to make the final decisions and get other estimates. I will be honest that I knew I would go with O'Sullivan Installs when George left the house. I called and let George know that I was ready to schedule the installation and what I had decided to go with. He and I agreed on a time and he came over to the house and wrote up the contract. I should mention that they required the 1/3 deposit and the rest was not paid until the job was complete (actually the shutters were not on yet). I thought this was a great sign of a quality contractor and I was right. Tim O'Sullivan arranged everything. The dumpster, siding, and other materials all arrived on Monday and the work began on a Tuesday. Everything except for the shutters were complete by the Friday of the same week. The work was impeccable. The window sills are all level, the jams are all square, and the corners of the molding are tight. The siding was hung quickly and the fit and finish is the best possible. They took the time to make sure it was the best possible outcome. I could go on and on about good things, but I cannot come up with anything that I would change. After the installation, the house is quieter (insulated siding) and less drafty (Soft-Lite windows). They cleaned up in the house before leaving everyday even thought the window work was not complete. I will say they cleaned up better than any contractor I have ever experienced. They tucked all the wires under the siding out of sight, installed my newly purchased light fixtures and door bells, and left the house with no outside wires exposed what-so-ever (there were tons of wires on the outside of the house before the installation). Truly grade A+ work! Lastly, I will say that Tim O'Sullivan is the best. He keeps his phone close and answered my e-mails almost instantly all the time. I respect that the most. It made me confident that he was all over the job and cared enough to make sure we were in sync on everything. He gave me the assurance that any issue down the road would be taken care of as if it were today. Just like the old school way of standing by your work. If you read this review and are looking for siding, window, or door installation, look no further. Tim is the real deal and stands tall on everything he does.

We hired O'Sullivan Installs to replace an existing exterior door with a new, energy-efficient model with internal blinds and a built-in screen. They did a great, professional job installing the door, and the door itself was really high quality. The team was generally very good at communication throughout the process. If there was any complaint it would be that it took a little longer to get the install scheduled than either we or O'Sullivan would have hoped, even after the guys had the door in-hand. We had some weather related delays which were the primary culprit but also their schedule seemed pretty full, so when it rained it set us back a week or two before we could get back on the calendar. Overall, while our job was small we felt communication was strong and our business was valued even though it was clear from the schedule we were on the smaller side for them. Given the end result the patience was worth it. We'll use them again.

Everything went as smoothly as I could have wished. Professional, courteous, and punctual. No surprises. Great quality product.

This project went perfectly!!! To start...Tim has restored my faith in contractors...my experience with contractors had been challenging to say the least...this experience with Tim was outstanding!!! Everyone was extremely professional, the project was on schedule, Tim came to the site every day...they cleaned up every day and to top it off there was extra accent siding that he installed onto the gable of my garage as a "gift". This was based on a conversation we had days prior about what I wanted to do. I don't have the words to express how happy I am with O'sullivan Installs!!! In addition to the siding, the crew installed a new double window and two replacement windows. The window crew was also a great group of guys who were extremely professional. I will be hiring Tim again to replace the remaining windows on the first floor and to complete the siding...this was not in the original scope as I did not yet have a plan for my window placement. Thank You Tim for everything!!!

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with O'Sullivan Installs. My calls were actually returned (unlike most contractors out there!!), the work was delayed a bit due to storms but when they were able to finally get out, they worked ALL DAY (in the cold I might add!) with meticulous attention to detail and clean up. They respected our home laying down plastic around all work areas (George, the person who comes out, measures, and gives you a quote) even took his shoes off coming in the house!! They're all very courteous people. Tim, the owner, comes out to the house before the job even begins to inspect the job site reviewing the quote with you, and while the job is on-going he also comes out (although he really didn't have to, his workers were terrific). While installing windows along a bump out bay, it was discovered we had a lot of rot under the siding surrounding the bay - we knew we had issues there, but never addressed it properly. Tim came out, inspected the damage and referred us to a contractor who was out the next day to look at it and the following week to remove siding, replace the rot, improve insulation. reside the house and fix the deck and they too (North Tewksbury Construction) did an outstanding job (we ended up talking with them about a 3 season porch that we are going to install and will give them our business too ). I have no hesitation giving O'Sullivan Installs the highest rating on all counts - from beginning, answering questions on the quality of the windows, install procedure, etc, through to the end. We love the windows (Soft-Lite) and Pro Via slider) and have noticed a big difference in the house already. No more drafts and definitely much warmer. Go with the them, you won't be disappointed.

Installation went well. Had to wait a long time for the custom patio doors to be mfg. Quality of the doors is very good so far. Had a problem with the tempered glass thickness when installed. Tim spotted it right away. Had the doors replaced w thicker tempered glass @ N/C by ProVia. Both the thin and thick glass were within code but we wanted the thicker one. Better safety. ||Finding doors took a lot of research. Many brands that had been highly rated, in the past, now had serious problems reported on line. Several had class action law suits for warranty non-compliance. Many horror stories. I thought ProVia had a better "current" reputation and warranty than many of the other larger companies. Time will tell.

The whole process was pretty easy. George, the salesman, came by and discussed options, and I picked out the window and door styles. A week later, the owner (Tim) came out and did final measurements. About 10 weeks later, the installers came out and installed the windows and door. The installation looks clean and I'm very happy with the quality. The installers cared about the finished look, offering me several options for closing some gaps that resulted (because the new windows were a different depth than the old). If I had one criticism, it would be that they underestimated how visible the seams in the trim would be (from removing the old windows). Before the sale, they assured me that the trim would look practically untouched because of their expert installers, except maybe a very slight crack or two, and I might not even need to paint much afterward. After the job, the seams were more noticeable than that -- you could see a crack line all around the trim, and a paint job was mandatory. I do not fault O'Sullivan for the seams because this is an old house (1890s) with old windows, and you have to do what you have to do. When I say the installation is completely acceptable, I mean it. Their pre-sales story was just a little too optimistic.

The whole process was very smooth. George, the sales person, was helpful, informative and not pushy. Tim really listened to any concerns or special requests. They are both professional and friendly. It did take a while for the door to arrive, but they set our expectations from the beginning and they were within the promised timeframe. We are very happy with the end result.

O'sullivan Installs was the last price I got for this job. I had 4 quotes total. Although their price was the highest of all of them, What I got for my money , was far greater then any other co. was offering. First of all, the sales visit from George was great. I was determined to put Harvey windows in my home. But after George and the owner Tim O'sullivan explained in great detail, the benefits of the Soft Lite window line that they use. It is deffinitly a better window. What really makes the difference is what you get on each window. Not only do they install the them with great workmanship, but the price includes coverage for the trim around every window. no other co offered this as part of the package. So in the long run,I ended up saving. I am not the easiest person to satisfy, a little bit ocd you might say. But TIm and his crew were very profesional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. The front door they put in was made by Provia and looks and works great. Tim O'sullivan is especially great to deal with. he also gave me a great price to cover other already existing basement windows. I had a slight problem with one of the windows in my attic, that was really more my fault then anything, and Tim didn't bat an eye about fixing it. I am so glad that I made the decision to go with them!! I will be using them again next spring to put in bsmt door and lg sliding window in back of house.

The project had a rough start, the day O'Sullivan was supposed to start the town showed up unannounced to replace the gas line in front of my house. The dumpster was delivered but the detail police would not allow the delivery truck to deliver the siding and they gave the workers a hard time about parking on the street. As a result O'Sullivan sent the crew someplace else for a week until the town was done. When they came back a couple weeks later all was going smoothly until my grumpy old neighbor came out yelling because the crew had to put a ladder on his property without asking first even though it was only for a few minutes. Tim's patience was awesome, nothing phased him. The guys were great, they arrived every day at the same time and didn't leave until it got dark. They were friendly and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. Upon completion they swept the driveway and I could not find any debris anywhere around the house. After the final walk around, Tim told me to call him if I see anything in the future. Tim and George were a pleasure to work with. The price I paid was the exact price on the quote. If I had to find one bad thing to say it would be that until the job got rolling we had different guys. So there was a couple things about the job that I wanted to point out and I had to explain it 3 times, 1st to Ron, then to Steve, then to final crew who did the majority of the work. Overall, awesome company would definitely use them again.

Everything went fine. They were great. I didn't have any problem with them at all. They are reasonably priced and they do what they say they're going to do, which is a rarity.

The install crew showed up at 8 Am on the dot. proceeded to remove old storm door and door. Then took out all the old rotted wood and replaced it with new wood and repainted it as well. Al so installed a whole new door frame and fixed a really rotten section of wood left over from the old deck that was there I would use this contractor again for the other door that need's replacing over all I would give them 100% all the way around thanks William and Suzanne from Waltham Ma.

Tim and his crew were excellent. I'm happy with the doors and windows as well as the whole installation.

Our house is 1950s post-and-beam, which means that everything shifts a lot and does not stay as square as one would wish. Therefore, making doors fit well is a real challenge, and this company stuck with it until they were all just right. As for the side door into the garage: Because of the mis-installation of the original door, Tim had to dig down and install gravel, move the door sill back 6 inches, and reframe/trim the interior and exterior. He was easy going, asked my opinion, and made sure I was happy with all the work he did, inside and out, before he left. I would have him work on things again at both our houses and would recommend him to anyone who asks.

They were very flexible in scheduling the estimate and provided me the estimated cost at the conclusion of the walk around. Once I accepted the estimate the approximate start date was five weeks. However because my job butted up against another interior door installation job they asked to move the date up about 4 weeks. I was glad to do this. The job took about three days and Tim and his crew were extremely conscientious about asking me about my preferences and then working to meet them without push back or haggling. One aspect of the job was converting an interior double slider to a French Door. Because of the construction of the house half of the install time was spent performing this replacement. However they took the time and care to make it come out right and I was extremely pleased with the final quality of the work. Also, some of the doors jams were out of square. They had quite a bit of experience efficiently squaring the frames rather than chopping corner from the new slabs. Excellent work.
