I was very happy with the service provided. There was a bit of a delay with the installation due to weather and factory, but they were very responsive to my inquiries and were able to fit the installation in before the holidays. I would HIGHLY recommend them to others, and look forward to working with them again!

Tim and his crew were great. Of four bidders, they were the only outfit that could solve some complex "old house" problems and keep the price competitive. They were responsive and had a solid salesperson (George) who did a great job before handing off to Tim and his crew. Both installations happened at once in the same day. They were very up front about what the could and could not do, but they still helped us out by preserving an existing screen door and doing some finish work to save us some time. Very good experience.

They were great. They came in, pitched and we really liked them. The guys were in quickly and did more trim work than what I was expecting them to do just with extra lumber. They made it look nice and did a great job.

Had a prompt in-person meeting with a representative of the company, going over door design and the benefits of the Pro-Via door system. Picked colors, etc. Had a follow-up meeting with Tim O'Sullivan himself to re-review the measurements of the doors and plan for the installation. Then a one-day appointment to replace both doors, replace trim, and caulk for final finishing. The workmanship was top-notch, the Pro-Via system that they use is a great product, and they cleaned up very well after the install. Overall a fantastic company that is trustworthy, transparent, and very easy to keep in contact with. Pricing was competitive particularly when you consider the quality of the products they use. You can get a cheaper door without question, but we really wanted something built to last with great insulating qualities. I will be using them again in the future.

Excellent job. There was some rotting and ant infestation that they took care of in the frame. Everything was replaced - the sill, frame, trim - and the door works perfectly. There was shipping damage to a small trim and they reordered it. I also asked for some siding at the base of the door to be replaced which they did. All went well. O'Sullivan is a very responsive company. Tim is easy going and great to work with.

Met with George from sales who explained to us all options and suggestions. He answered all our questions and concerns in a professional manner and was very personable. We next met with the owner. Tim confirmed the job proposal and stayed in touch with the entire process. Production of the job began. Peter, Steve, and crew arrived promptly and completed the job as scheduled. They were personable and performed their craft expertly. The job quote was what it was with no added cost other than a change we added to the original work order. Production went smooth with no major issues to address. The overall experience with O'Sullivan installs was excellent. I highly recommend O'Sullivan Installs for any of their offered home improvement projects.

The installers were incredibly professional. As they began to take the original door apart, it was apparent that there was rotten wood in the existing door frame. They removed and replaced all of the wood, taking the time to ensure that the replacement door was properly installed. Replacing the wood caused them to fall behind and with the early sunset, they decided to return the following day to finish the trim work. They arrived promptly to finish the work and overall, their team did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality door with prompt and careful installation. Fantastic, professional, and every interaction with all involved very positive.

They were great! It's a family-style business. The young men who installed were nice, conscientious, respectful, did not swear and cleaned up after themselves. They were here for a portion of 3 days and were wonderful to work with. The salesperson was knowledgeable and informative and the updates before and after have been terrific. I honestly don't know if they cost more, less or are competitive with others, but windows are part of house structure and if not done right can cause major problems so it was important for me to get a team who specialized. This team was fantastic.

Three years ago I contracted with O'Sullivan installs to orchestrate the installment of HardiePlank siding for the front of my house. The HardiePlank people actually did the work; O'Sullivan subcontracted the project to them. The project looked fine until about a year ago, where the caulking that had been used to seal the edges of the planks where they abutted to the edges and to cover the nail holes began to discolor. This summer I mentioned this situation at a trade show to a HardiePlank representative, and they suggested I contact O'Sullivan. I emailed Tim O'Sullivan in October and he said he'd order the correct materials. I heard from him four weeks later, saying that the caulk and touch up materials had come in and that his workmen, Shane, was headed over. Shane did a very thorough job (I must say better than the original HardiePlank installers' work). I am very pleased with the final result.

Tim's estimate was prompt and in line with other contractors. The work was performed as scheduled by subcontractors who were prompt, professional, and efficient. Clean up after the work was complete was thorough with all unused work materials and scraps removed. Tim followed up before, during, and after the job to insure satisfaction, with multiple calls more than six months after the job to address any concerns developed over the winter. Overall, an awesome experience.

Great team of people, very reliable, pricing is fair, and the owner was prompt to respond to issues. The door and windows are high quality. We are very happy with the installation.

I LOVE my door! George was very patient with me when I was making my decision. So many options, so much to choose from. But, it was worth the wait and I love my door. It is pretty, functional, secure, and weather tight. Tim inspected my front door prior to ordering the stock and after installation. He kept me informed throughout manufacturing and when it would be ready for installation. The crew was professional and accomodating to my wishes. The end result is gorgeous front door that I am so happy and proud to walk through every day!

These guys were excellent. They actually made several trips to my house to choose the door, install, and then pick up a check. I wanted a special color and a high end storm door. The team did a great job removing the old storm door and doing some light carpentry work. Two years later the door and installation is still perfect. Would use these guys again. One, for the high quality products they offer, two, because they provide excellent service, and three their work is high quality

Tim and his staff are personable and professional, not always two positive characteristics that I've experienced with contractors. The whole process is clearly spelled out from the very first meeting with George through final installation with Tim and his guys. Tim wants to be sure you are happy with the work before signing off the that project is complete from his perspective. A lot of contractors I've dealt with just want to get in and out of the job, collect their money and be off without knowing if we're satisfied with the work. A lot of credit goes to O'Sullivan for customer satisfaction as it's clearly high on their list.

I'm extremely happy with the service from O'Sullivan installs. The entire process from initial consultation, measurements, to installations was very smooth. Any questions I had were answered timely and were informative. The installers did such a great job too. It was a hot day (and a holiday), and they worked very well together which was impressive since it was almost 100 degrees.

In one visit, we chose our windows. In the second, the windows were measured. In the third, we had new windows. The installation was quick and non-disruptive. We have had these windows replaced by another organization before (truly a nightmare), a process that took almost a week. This time, O'Sullivan Installs was in and out in a day, leaving everything spotless, the interior woodwork impeccably replaced, and the exterior perfectly matched. This is the second time we have contracted with O'Sullivan--they replaced our exterior doors last year--and, frankly, I'd never ask anyone else. They are responsive to the least concern, quick to make everything right even a year later, and a complete pleasure to deal with: helpful, reliable, skillful.

This is my second time using O'Sullivan Installs and I couldn't be happier!!! I had the original backdoor to my house that was allowing frost to enter my pantry and was extremely drafty. The new door looks like it has always been there. Mark and Jason did they work and they were extremely detailed oriented and wicked professional. They asked me how I would like thing done in regards to fine detail. O'Sullivan installs is a little high on the price point but for the quality of work and products, it is well worth it. I WILL be calling O'Sullivan Installs again to do some more work on the rest of the building once funding allows.

Very professional from start to finish. Helped me choose a slider that met all of my wants/needs. In particular, because I live in a condo, the slider exterior must be brown, but George was able to place an order for a white interior - which is what I wanted. The installation crew arrived when they said they would and also completed both jobs within the estimated time frame (approximately 5 hours). When they left, my living-room carpet and bathroom floor were actually cleaner than when they arrived. I would definitely recommend this company to the Angie's List community. UPDATE: Over the winter my screen popped off of the main track (because of all the snow), and I was unable to put it back in place when the warm weather arrived. I contacted Tim, and he responded very promptly and set up a time to meet me that fit my schedule. He popped the screen back into the track and showed me how to do it so that I'll know how should this happen again. I offered to pay him for his time, but he refused, insisting that he guarantees all of his work/products. I'm so grateful that I found a contractor with such a strong work ethic and with so much integrity!

I chose OSullivan Installs based on the Angies List reviews, and I am glad that I did. They replaced an old storm door that did not close with a much better quality door (additional screen too). They did a great job from start to finish (planning, measuring and installation). Already thinking of having them replace another door soon!

I had a great experience with this Company. They came installed the door and cleaned up. My door looks and works great. It was easy to deal with Tim and with the two young men that came to install the door. they did the work in one day. I would recomend O'Sullivan Installs to everyone without second thoughts.

The experience was great. They returned our call for a quote and came out in the evening after work. They listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that were both cosmetic in nature such as matching the contour internal grids with existing windows as well as cost savings such as building the wall in equal amounts on both sides and enlarging the external frame so we wouldn't have to replace any shingles. He walked us through the door options and related hardware online so we could see the products and wrote up the quote on site. There was a follow-up visit to take accurate measures and see if there were any changes to the initial order. They accurately predicted when the materials would come in and were available to do the work within 3 days of material coming in.The two installers that came were polite, professional, friendly and easy going about our noisy bird and curious dog,neat,knowledgeable and focused. Rather than replacing all the trim they salvaged what they could and cut it to fit and used. What little new trim they had to use- was selected to match very closely the existing trim. The supervisor came out several times to check on the quality and status of the job and returned at the end to sign-off on it. We are very pleased with the quality of the product-Pro via doors and the quality of the customer service and work provided.

We selected OSullivan based on previous Angies List reviews, and I am glad we did. They replaced an older, poorly installed storm door with a better quality one with the more contemporary full view option. They did a great job all around. Love the result.

All went great, they were very prompt in returning my call and scheduled a meeting for the same week. The next steps, timelines and cost were all explained in detail and there were no surprises, from start to finish. The installers were amazing, very professional and spent at least 20 minutes getting my door to swing close and latch perfectly each time. Loved them!

This company was fantastic to work with for this process. Tim came out to measure my windows for ordering the replacements and when he did he expressed his concern with installing the window. I have two large windows into brick with no drip edge and the seal of the replacement windows would not have been up to his comfort level. He was very forward and honest about what would be done if they proceeded and the concerns going forward explaining the different approaches. In the end I decided to not go through with the replacements but I am very glad I called this company. Tim showed that he takes real pride in the product of their work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Prior to Tim coming to measure I had a great experience also with the quoting and consultation as well. It was explained what product I would have got and I did not feel pressured at all into the sale which was a great feeling.
