Description of Work: Extremely happy with O'sullivan Installs. We needed 3 storm doors and 3 basement windows replaced. After getting estimates from two other companies we decided to go forward with O'Sullivan. While the price was higher than the others-we were confident after speaking with sales rep George, that O'Sullivan would be the best choice and we were not disappointed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was great- completed job as promised. George was very easy to work with, extremely knowledgable and professional, as was the owner, Tim. The crew that did the install worked quickly to complete the installation in one day and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our choice-would not hesitate to use their services again. Truly outstanding! Thank you Tim!

Description of Work: Our old pella sliding door died. The man came out to look at it and did a temporary fix so that we could close the door. The two young men who installed the door actually arrrived early and arranged the work so that they would work on the outside first in orrder not to disturb my husband. They completed the work efficiently. O'Sullivan inspected and made a correction that made the door look like it had always been there. And, he fixed a screen for me at no charge. I would have them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Tim is very professional, pleasant. Paid as assessed by George ahead of time. Team of installers worked careful, cleaning well after job was done. Two different jobs, both time windows were replaced (11+2). Would recommend highly.

Description of Work: They took out and replaced 2 living room picture windows. They were patient with me as I changed my mind about the manufacture of windows. They were professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: Tim's work is fantastic - first rate! Not only did he do what was quoted, on time, but he kept us informed all along the way. Our new slider looks and works great! And, Since he did not have to remove the interior trim there is very little for me to do! It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Description of Work: They worked on the vinyl siding of the overhang and cleaned out the air intake for the roof. They also installed a door from the house to the garage.

Description of Work: After many years of thinking about it, we made a decision to replace all of our windows. At the same time, the siding on one side of our house(masonite) had completely deteriorated and needed to be replaced as well. We found Tim on Angie's list and the journey began. It started with George, who comes and spends all kinds of time explaining how the Simonton windows will work actually bringing a window for demonstration purposes. We got a quote on the spot for the windows. The quote for the hardie plank siding followed by phone call. This was followed up with a visit with George and Tim with both of us. All of our questions were answered. We gave a deposit and a month later the windows were installed. Tim did the window installation with a helper-it was a quick day and a half job-no mess and we are thrilled to be able to open all our windows. The hardie plank siding was a separate job managed by Tim but installed by the hardie people. Again, we are thrilled! The house looks great! There were quite a few phone calls before and during the process.Both men were always patient, prompt and professional! I will recommend Tim and company to anyone and wish him continued success. I will not hesitate to call him if I need any further services.

Description of Work: Spring of 2008, I had a total of 19 windows replaced. They were prompt, professional and very responsive to any of the small concerns that I had. The windows are beautiful -- I would definitely use O'Sullivan Installs again!!
