Description of Work: The company gave a deep cleaning for an event on our three bedroom house. It took longer than I expected, because I *thought* it was clean(ish)! How wrong I was! A team of 2 women were working on my house for 4 hours!! I was very pleased with the results and will likely use again.

Description of Work: This was an initial cleaning prior to starting regular service. They did a spectacular job. They were running late from an earlier job, but I think she brought an extra person to get the job done in a timely fashion, so I appreciated that. The cleaning was very thorough. They did a great job with getting up the pet fur! They cleaned the front entryway inside and out so that you knew the house was cleaned even before you opened the door. I will be hiring them for a regular cleaning.

Description of Work: Jackie's Cleaning Service is first-rate! I have used house cleaners for years and when I moved into my house two years ago, I had to find a new cleaner, even after having tried three other local companies with less than stellar results. With Jackie's Cleaning Service, every time I have my house cleaned, it is like walking into an oasis. Every detail, right down to organizing the shoes in my closet, is addressed. The girls are always punctual and professional. When I have asked to make a last-minute change to the schedule, they have always been receptive and flexible. I will continue to use Jackie's Cleaning Service for many years to come!

 + -1 moreSeveral years ago, after being dissatisfied with a couple of franchise cleaning services we used, we decided we wanted to hire an owner-operated cleaning service. Jackie's Cleaning Services company was recommended highly, the pricing was competitive, and their references were stellar, so we hired them. Every two weeks, a cheerful team of 2-3 people whisk through our house and do a thorough floor to ceiling cleaning. They're hard-working, friendly, and are very tolerant of our two young cats who follow them around as they work. I especially appreciate the fact that they accommodate special requests (e.g., scheduling adjustments, special cleaning requests). At this point, we've used Jackie's Cleaning Services' company for more than four years, yet they have never changed their price. I pay $95 for a bi-weekly service plus a tip. We love them just as much as when they started. The company is family-owned and operated. Jackie Oliveira, the owner, is very friendly and professional as is her brother and the rest of their team. I highly recommend Jackie's Cleaning Services company to anybody seeking a responsible, diligent, and competitively priced residential cleaning service.
Description of Work: I use Jackie's Cleaning Services for general housecleaning services for our split-level ranch house (3 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 full bath, kitchen, diningroom, livingroom). They do general housecleaning and anything we ask, such as vacuuming, dusting, and dishes, if needed, bring laundry down to our laundry room, make beds, and even take our garbage and recycleables out when they leave. They do all the standard residential housecleaning, and will do deep cleans, upon request. They also offer special add-on services like cleaning interior/exterior windows.
