I have used Jackie for over two years, since I first got her name off of Angie’s list! Her girls are extremely good at what they do. They are honest, hard-working, and she stands behind them hundred%. They work very hard to meet my needs. Jackie is very flexible with scheduling, and I trust her and her service 100%.

Two very nice women came to my house and cleaned for at least 5 hours. I have a 4 floor 2200 sq feet home including 2.5 bathrooms. They did a complete deep clean including the inside of my stove. Jackie's husband came a little later and cleaned my windows inside and outside. They did a fabulous job. Very friendly and hardworking. Jackie was always available when I called her with any questions. I would definitely hire them again.

It was 3 women for 4 hours and deep cleaned the house. They did not have time to "shine" floors or clean freezer but they did a fantastic job.

I'm thrilled with Jackie's services. She came to the house to review what was needed and was able to give me a good estimate on what it would cost to do a deep cleaning. Despite having major family issues, she organized the cleaning and her women did a phenomenal job. I have a large house and two very large dogs, so there was a great deal of cleaning to do. I was so happy with their work that I've hired Jackie's services on a bi-weekly basis. They've done one of those cleanings to date and I'm still thrilled with their work.

Jackie took my initial call right away. I explained that my previous cleaners of 10 years have disappeared, nowhere to be found by their clients, just vanished. I needed a reliable, professional cleaning service to monthly clean my Dad's home. The reviews on Angie's List were complimentary about Jackie and her company, so I called her. She came two days later for a consult with me. I explained the particulars that I needed plus some special requests. Then we scheduled a cleaning. I wish I had found her years ago! The two ladies she designated to clean were very organized and did a number of extra touches that my other cleaners didn't do such as tops of window frames, baseboards, really reaching under a big California king bed for dust bunnies. Only small problem was the lack of English speakers. One lady did speak a bit of English and we were able to communicate most things. I've scheduled the next cleaning. If things continue to go this well, I will be a long time client. Jackie is a hard worker and runs a good cleaning business. I definitely recommend her!!!

Jackie responded to my Angie's list inquiry within the hour and while we are still waiting for replies from the other cleaning services on Angie's list in the area. Jackie visited the house and estimated four hours would be needed. She is very personable. She actually moved a regular customer's cleaning to Saturday so they could accommodate my schedule today. They showed up on time and Jackie was there as well to give direction to her team. Their work was spotless and thorough. They actually were a bit over the 4 hours but Jackie said she would stay with that 4 hour agreement but wanted to get the job done so they spent an extra 15 minutes on the job. That impressed me. Customer focused service will keep me coming back. Thanks Jackie.

It went really well. Jackie is a pleasure to deal with, text or phone. Her prices are very reasonable. I needed a really thorough cleaning so the apartment would look gleaming for the new tenant and she delivered. I requested windows be done as well. I wasn't there to meet her, I left the key and went over later to see the results. I was very pleased. The place was spotless, the windows spotless too. Everything from refrigerator to oven to bathroom was done with care. The place felt really wonderful. I would have moved in myself. I will use Jackie anytime.

I find them a bit expensive, but they are very pleasant and eager to please. Also, one of them understand and speak a little English, which is a plus these days.

They always arrive exactly on schedule, do very thorough work, and are pleasant when working. They also charge a very competitive price.

Jackie came with her 2 person crew to introduce herself and get everything going but then left to do another job. I thought it was a good touch by her coming herself since I was a new customer. However, considering this was supposed to be a "deep" cleaning and cost so much I was disappointed with the results. I was present as they were cleaning and I'm glad I was as I had to follow behind and ask them to do or re-do certain things. I don't like to do that but this was the best chance to get everything clean since it was empty. They cleaned the inside of most cabinets and cleaned on top of the cabinets which was good but they did a terrible job with the cabinet handles. They were clearly still sticky and I had to do those myself after they left. I actually found myself spending another 90 min cleaning after they were done cleaning. The glass shelves in the china cabinet were left filmy & streaky. I saw she did them but it's like she wiped w/ a rag and then just didn't look to see if it was clean. There was a shelf in the closet that was very sticky/tacky and I had to ask 3 times for them to re-do it until it was finally clean. They were fine about doing it but I didn't think I should have to ask. There were a couple of other similar things like this that I've since forgotten & as I said above, I had to spend 90 min cleaning after they left.. Jackie also said she'd call to follow up and I never heard from her. I was told by one of the ladies that it was her birthday so I didn't expect a call that evening but it's been about a week and a half and I still haven't heard. The ladies who came were very nice but one spoke very, very little English and the other was better but still had some difficulty understanding. Then the one had to talk to the other in Portuguese so of course I had no idea what she was saying. I feel awkward saying that but it did make it more challenging. Overall, while they were nice women, it was expensive & I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Jackie also knew I found her through Angie's list but I did not receive an AL discount. Other contractors I worked with for my move all offered the discount without me having to specifically ask.

They did an excellent job. It was very easy to reach them. They worked with me to find a day/time that could work for me. The service was terrific - our place looked amazing when they left. They were even careful with our cat who is a true escape artist! We will continue to use them each month.

So far it's good. We like their service, they seem to be diligent, but they are not good at getting back to you.

I interviewed three cleaners to clean our vacation rental property. Jackie was very professional and her estimate was competitive. I had a difficult time deciding who to hire because two of the three cleaners made such a good impression and had A reviews on Angie's List. Ultimately, I chose another cleaner because the estimate was more detailed. However, I would definitely hire Jackie with no hesitation.
