Description of Work: I hired 3T to take over plowing our driveway mid-season after a dispute with our prior plow guy. Mike provided and estimate and contract quickly and we were all set before the next snow storm. The service has been great ever since. Mike provides email updates in anticipation of storms so his customers know what to expect. We are very happy with our experience.

Description of Work: I had called them in 2012 for possible service. Was told they would not plow unless they also did landscaping. When I heard my neighbor was using them for plowing only in 2013, (neighbor having seen a written advertisement from them), I called back. No calls were returned.

+ -1 moreThere is not much to tell. We have a contract for them to clean up the snow. They come as promised, and keep the driveway clean. We will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: We have a contract with them to plow out our driveway, which is a short two car driveway. They are good about keeping us cleaned up, and prompt. The winter of 2010-2011 was horrible and yet they managed to keep us clean and to plow it in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: I have been using 3T Landscaping for all my landscaping needs for the past several years. I believe they service Topsfield, where I live, but also the neighboring towns (Boxford, North Andover etc.). Very professional and very reasonably priced. Always returns my phone calls and e-mails and the work is well done. Good attention to detail.

+ -1 moreMike & his 3T Snowplowing team did great! We've had a lot of bad plow guys but 3T did a fantastic job for us during one of the toughest winters in recent memory. Mike communicates extremely well during all storms and 3T did exactly what they promised they would (which hasn't always been the case with my past snowplow guys).

+ -1 moreWe've taken care of our own snow removal for the past 10 winters, and so this was a new experience for me. I looked on Angie's list and found a few services in the area. When I contacted 3T, Mike said, "we only go as far as No. Andover - you are in Andover." I explained that I am literally on the line of No. Andover, and my next-door-neighbor also needs this service. He looked us up and agreed we were close enough. Thankfully I had set this up before the first big snow in January. Our driveway is small, and we have several vehicles, so I needed advance warning to be able to shuffle cars around to even get the plow into the driveway. First of all, Mike is very communicative with his clients using email to keep everyone informed on the status of plowing vs. the status of snowing. They also were kind enough to call me 10 - 15 minutes before arriving to give me time to clear off the cars and move them out of the way. Despite not having a lot of room to maneuver, they managed to clear enough space each time. They always showed up when expected, did a great job, and took a huge amount of anxiety out of this wacky winter!
Description of Work: I needed a plow service to remove snow from our driveway this winter due to broken snowblower and husband overseas.
