Owner required multiple prompts to respond to request for fall clean-up after maintaining lawn over summer, then informed me he did not have time to do the clean-up, setting up for a messy yard in the spring.

Overall a real good experience and very responsive. Prices are fair but not the cheapest (and you will suffer by only focusing on a cost). Fall cleanup hadn't been done properly in 2 years and started to get the yard looking better. Andy's crew just wrapped up spring cleaning, weeding and the mulch. Our yard looks 100 times better than last year at this time. With more care and attention from professionals we can't wait to see the results this time next year.

Responded to our inquiry pretty quickly, they scheduled a time to come and take a look at the work, promised to get back to us with an estimated cost for the work and then we haven't heard from them since. Find someone else, they will take up your time and will never hear from them again. we waited almost two week for them to give us an estimate for the work then we reached out a few times via email and phone still have not heard from them

3T kept in constant contact with me, with a date that the cleanup would be done, and it was done as promised. My lawn and all beds looked great, free of leaves, and cut down the dead plants for the season. Clean as a whistle!

After a record breaking snowy winter, they kept my driveway open, even in the toughest storms. Kept me updated during the storms, and I was able to get out of my driveway and off to work each time. Thank goodness for them. Very satisfied!!

The job was above expectations. I explained to Mike what I was looking for and that I was not going to be able to be home when they would be coming. He relayed my wishes to the person coming and everything was done exactly as requested. Clean up was great - you wouldn't know they were there except for how nice everything cam out. Also, I just found out they also do plowing. I've booked them for this year. Look forward to the same top quality service.

They did not work out well for me at all. It was more on their end. They had heavy turnover and employees did not show up for a couple of weeks. When they did show up they did not so great work. The owner and I had a conversation and we kind of agreed that they did not charge me for the last work they did. The first guy they sent out did fantastic work and the second guy that came out was horrible. They could have had better communication.

Normally they provide weekly mowing service and cleaning up the yard. They are very responsive in terms of showing when they are going show up. The supervisor, Andy usually just comes and checks in everything. They are very efficient and they pick up all the dog’s toys in the yard before they mow and clean up. They are in and out of here pretty quickly and they are just reliable and they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. The lawn is mowed and the beds are edged and all the trimming is done and it looks good. They keep up with it well.

I have been using them for 1 1/2 to 2 years now for landscaping and snow plowing. They are very open to suggestions I have for them and if I have an issue they come out and dealt with it. I had an issue with my landscaping and they came out and worked with me to resolve it right away. Very professional and friendly.

I called to schedule an estimate and was confirmed for an appointment on Saturday "between 4 and 5 pm". By 5:45, despite my calling to check on the status, no one showed up!

Excellent job. Came out for estimate as planned, on time, and was very professional and polite. Told us that we could take care of some lawn issues ourselves more easily and cheaply, and properly estimated work on beds and mulching. Team showed up in time period that was promised, and quickly took care of the work, shaping beds well so they were symmetric and clean. Mulch came the next day and was spread evenly and quickly, just the right amount. Foreman checked with us on any questions and was highly professional. It is a pleasure to find a small business that takes care of the customer and meets its commitments.

3T has been plowing our driveway for 6 years and we have never had a problem. Very responsive to any comments and their communication is excellent. We always knew when or if they planned to plow. Always willing to come for an extra plow if we wanted at a moments notice.

Great guys, responsive. Mike works well via email and even sent photos as the work progressed. Hope to have them do some more extensive work spring/summer 2014 to really make the yard stand out. I have also contracted with them for snow removal - I am sure that will go as well as everything else has.

3t helped me out in snowplowing too. They got my driveway open quickly after all the big storms we had, i was updated throughout the storm on the progress of the plowers, and the man who did my driveway cleared it very well and did not damage to the lawn (I was able to see after it all melted lol).

I have a very large lawn with hills all around. I needed a new landscaper to do it, seeing my last one stopped showing up consistentlyin the beginning of the summer. I called 3t, and met with the foreman Jeff. We walked the whole yard, I explained to him how I would like it done, seeing I can be a bit picky with my landscaping. From the very first week of 3t doing my landscaping, I have been more than satisfied with the quality of work. Each week, he came in and cut my grass to the specified 3" i wanted, trimmed all around the house, and used a blowing machine to clean my driveway of any leaves or grass. It has never looked so good as it did this year. Now that fall is here, we will be having a fall cleanup done by them also. I also hired them for a second rental property I recently purchased. The landscaping around the house was completely overgrown, vines entangling the front porch, saplings growing everywhere, overgrown lawn, and no flower beds. I hired them to clean it all out, build some flower beds, and add black mulch all around. After Jeff and his crew were done the job, I hardly recognized the house. I literally drove by it not realizing it was my new rental property. Just an amazing job done overall. They did it quickly, with no problems, and with a price that was right on. All I can say is that I am more than satisifed with the company, and look forward to doing more work with them in the near future.

Mike at 3T reached out to us and was very cooperative in resolving the problem. We will be using them again this year. We'd been using 3T for the last several years. In general their snow removal service was good. In April, 2013 we received a letter from them that, unless we were willing to pay them for lawn care and landscaping services during the summer, they would no longer provide us with plowing service. Quite frankly, I'm not big on extortion and will take my business elsewhere.

Very reliable, nice guys who do an amazing job on my yard. Less expensive than the last company and do a better job. Mike is a great communicator and stays on top of everything.

In all cases their quotes were competitive (sometimes even the lowest, but not always) and their customer service + communication was excellent. Their patio work was superb -- ask for the foreman Andy, who specializes in stone/brick work. We always got what we wanted in the timeframe we needed. Also, they were meticulous with their cleanup -- which I really appreciated!

Jack was very polite and professional. They showed up on time and did an excellent job.

Mike has done a great job so far with a tough long driveway. Very happy he is on the case.
