Description of Work: we had had a sound system installed about 8 years ago by a different contractor: we were never really happy with it. we had not received good instructions with how to use it: we consulted with AUDIO-VIDEO: he examined the old system and gave us several recommendations on upgrades; He was a BREATH OF FRESH AIR: he spent several days re-wiring the old system, he gave us detailed instructions (one might call them tutorials) on how to use the system. Then I bought a new i-phone and he came back again at no extra charge to help me program my phone for the system. Since installation there have been no problems with the system, I on the other hand have had to contact him several times because I couldn't figure something or other out: he would call or text me immediately to solve the problem and guide me through the process I really can;t say enough good things about the price, service and system: but on top of all that he is genuinely a great guy to work with I would recommend Audio-video without hesitation
