Description of Work: Theiago advised me on the state of several deficient conditions on the roof. I knew it was old enough to start seeing problems. He advised me that certain steep areas were not traversable without risking loosening shingles and other ares that might cause problems underneath. We talked about possible new shingles. He recommended CertainTeed which I've heard recommended by other people as well. Checked out CertainTeed roofing on coastowl.com too.

He was very informative and provided honest opinions. Even though my roof was old, he did not even try his selling pitch to change my roof with him. Very Honest team.

+ -1 moreGreat.I purchased the "deal" for a roof inspection and fixing of minor repairs. I was. Contacted by Thiago, we set up an appointment. Because of rain, we had to reschedule. All very easy and responsive. Thiago was very polite and efficient.he resealed the chimney, but, warned me if a leak occurred, i should completely replace all of the flashing (a job outside the scope of this job). He also replaced a shingle or two as i had some leftover in my garage. I am very happy with his work.
Description of Work: Minor repairs on 10 yr old roof, like sealing around chimney to fix small leak.

Description of Work: Selling home and wanted roof inspections and repair. This was a discounted offering for $99.00. For further reference, these repairs were caused by the roof cleaning that I had done recently by another contractor. He did not correctly use the high-pressure spray.

+ 2 moreTiago and his team removed the old roof shingles of my house and installed new roof shingles in an extremely professional manner. Throughout the work the area around the house was constantly cleaned. Tiago also changed all the gutters around my roof and always kept me informed about some small problems that they found on the roof, such as rotten woods and some repairs that were necessary in the chimney.
Description of Work: Changed the whole roof shingles of my house with a new ones.
