Very professional workers. Came day before and did some prep work. Day of service: they came early and started work and it was completed by the end of the day. Needed extra PVC board to replace rotten soffet. Put extra board on end of house to extent drip line. Cleaned up at end of day and wouldn't have known they were there. The owner came the next day to double check evverything.

Highly satisfied with every aspect of the project. The team of workers and project manager arrived on scheduled day right on time. I was advised/consulted during every stage and informed of some hidden damaged I didn't anticipate which they were able to repair. Amazed at what was accomplished, the entire roof and garage in one day. Impressive clean up. I TRIED to find a nail in the perimeter. Not one to date. I got three estimates and they were hard to beat even with unexpected repair they beat other estimate. As an aside, the crew really worked well together and seemed to enjoy the hard work! Roof looks amazing. Find myself just going out to look at it. Got follow up from owner. A real positive experience throughout.

USA Roofing was unable to make the first appointment due to a vehicle problem. They indicated a willingness to show up on a different day, but we never heard from them again. That was a month ago and no word since. I am hoping to reestablish contact with the company, but not overly optimistic. We will seek a refund if necessary.

This is the second time USA Roofing did not respond so I requested a refund.

I had several roofers do my roof and I got ripped off for $12,000 and easily got ripped off for $5,000 more. They quoted me a price, originally of $22,000. They dropped the price to $18,500 after saying they did not could do it for less if they did not do certain things. I was going to hire them because they had good references. Thank God I didn't, because I got the roof done for $12,400 by another company. I couldn't have been happier -- that's a $6,100 difference. They were good at responsiveness. They are a national company from what I gathered and they were just workers from the company.

Thiago Guedes, who is the owner, could not have been better to deal with and was willing to help me. I had called 6 companies in my area and only 2 of them responded-1 to say that they had too many jobs and the other from switchboard who said "she'd see if there was anything he (owner) could do for me" and was never heard from again. As soon as I explained my roof issue, Thiago made sure he and another crew member were at my home the next day. They provided the service I needed,; we're very cautious in the work they did; did not give me any run around; and offered me helpful suggestions on things to look out for when I have more work done on the house. Having had my fair share of bad experiences with tradesmen over the years, this was the exact type of experience a home owner dreams of and I would recommend him, as I will consider him when I replace the entire roof.

Thiago and his employee were friendly, competent, and easy to work with. I would recommend him to friends without hesitation.

I had purchased $99 deal almost a week ago, and have yet to hear back from them. I had reached out to them by phone, and I had sent them a email, with no response. I would suggest future users of their service beware.

That was pretty good. I will probably give them an A on everything but for punctuality. It wasn't a rush for them to come out for me anyway, but it was back and forth a couple of times. I think it probably took them a couple of weeks to come out. Other than that, I was happy with their service. I didn't need them to come out right away either. I set up an initial date with them and they didn't come out on the initial date that we had set and we had to call them back. But they came out and did the job. I was happy with the job. I supplied them with the shingles but they were pretty good too. They said they could go out and get me some shingles but I had some left overs. It was nice and easy. So I just left them out for them and they set them up. They did a good job. I'll probably use them again.

From the get go Thiago was responsive and easy to work with.

This went great. Thiago responded, scheduled, and came by promptly. He took care of a loose shingles and flashing. Everything went better than expected.

Very hard to get scheduled. Once they got here and they did fine work. Price was goo.

Scheduling was a bit frustrating - we enter back and forth a few times and I nearly gave up. But I am glad I stuck it out. Thiago and his partner did a thorough inspection , pointed out the problems and agreed to do minor repairs at no additional charge . They knew what they were doing. If I have roofing needs in the future, I will definitely call them.

Thiago is excellent. He is very responsive and did a great job. We will use him to replace our entire roof in the near future.

Great!! Thiago was very precise in his descriptions and assessments of our roof. He was clearly invested in his inspection and though he did not find any issues he did perform work to bolster the weakest areas of roof drainage - his efforts were validated during recent downpours that had no negative impact on the interior work!!
