Description of Work: Provider sent an inspector to my home a week ago. Chris went up on the roof and looked over the chimney and took photos of it to show me the condition of it and why it needed a complete rebuild not just "repointing". I mentioned that we would soon be having a new gas furnace installed which would require a chimney liner for the gas water heater. Chris offered to give me a quote on that as well as the chimney rebuild. I could choose to have all the work preformed or just the chimney rebuild at the present time. Remove old chimney from the roof line up, build new chimney. Remove old flashing and lead and replace with new material.
