Description of Work: He came out to our house in August, looked in our attic, said the mold wasn't too bad, said he would call or send an estimate. He never did either. I called the rep again, he told me he would get back to me and once again never heard from him.

Description of Work: WE had pipes burst in a building during a cold spell. They came within two hours of our call and immediately starting cleaning up. They also plowed the building lot the next day (we had a large storm) and began drying the space out after removing all the damaged items. They did such a great job we contacted them for the renovation necessary afterwards. For both jobs they dealt with our insurance company and kept us updated.

Description of Work: I had J Brian Day Company come to my home to clean three rooms of carpet. The technician arrived within five minutes of my appointment time. He looked over the rooms to be cleaned and got right to work. He completed all three rooms in the estimated time, gave me some tips about how to keep the carpets looking good, and was on his way. I was very happy with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any cleaning around my home.

Description of Work: I had the one room in my house that has wall to wall carpets cleaned as well as my hallway and stairs. I had used other companies in the past and I was afraid of the sticky soapy residue that carpet cleaners can leave. I called J. Brian Day because of the reviews that they have received on Angies List and because they were offering a coupon. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and explained to me that they do not use a cleaning solution that will leave a residue. I set up a time for my carpets to be cleaned and they gave me a 2 hour window. The carpet technician, Butch, was prompt, respectful, polite, friendly, and did a great job. I am very happy with the way that my carpets look after the cleaning and they do not feel at all sticky. I would use this company again.

+ -1 moreWe needed help with a heavily soiled rug in the dining room as well as stains in the living room and bedroom. The woman who answered my first call was an excellent resource. She explained the process, what we should do to prepare and how to handle the pets and kids during and after the cleaning. We were able to schedule a cleaning for the same week. They ended up ahead of schedule that day and called to see if they could stop by ahead of schedule. They were quick, efficient and friendly, even offering to clean a spot they noticed free of charge, which was not in one of the 5 rooms we had scheduled. The carpets look great, the stains are gone and the carpets were dry only a few hours later.

Description of Work: Had an interesting job...my 1998 bmw z-3 became infested with mold---and i mean horrible mold....they had never done a project like this and even the insurance company was skeptical. They towed the car set up a tent and did the job and tested the results. they saved my baby....all was done as agreed and with the utmost of professionalism. John Jr handled this.....I am sure they could show you the before and after pictures...outstanding job

+ 0 moreMichael arrived on time, acted in a professional manner. He worked quickly and accurately. He cleaned the carpeting in a large living room/dining room, two bedrooms and a staircase. Plus the two love seats that have several cushions. He got stains out of my carpets that other companies have not been able to get out. He left little plastic or foam squares under all the legs of my furniture so that they would not leave rust stains on my carpet. I love this company, I have used them several times over the years. Always been happy with service. When I looked over the bill, the price seemed very reasonable. And Michael was out in about two hours!
