Description of Work: They installed 10 Vinyl replacement windows. I called one other window company and after having to sit in my kitchen for a two hour sales pitch I cancelled all the other appointments. There price was twice the amount. I told them I would have to talk it over with my wife. Before he finally left he dropped the price twice.If I would have said yes in the beginning I would have paid aprox 2000.00 more then his discounted price. Window World was strait forward and professional. The install crew did an excellent job. Showed up on time and cleaned up when done. They actually vacuumed carpets in the rooms. Very Pleased.

Description of Work: Installed two large [picture window size] replacement windows and two double hung smaller windows. Very professionally and efficiently done with total cleanup and clear care instructions.

Description of Work: First thing the crew boss came to my front door. I told him everything was set out back for a 15 window installation on my sunporch. He insisted he had to come in the house; and first thing he did was use the bathroom. I had never seen this man before and was quite uncomfortable about it; but, of course, couldn't refuse. He was extremely unprofessional and using the worst swear words all day. I don't expect to hear that lanquage in my home. When the job was finished the windows were left dirty. He didn't want to move heavy furniture back in place; but reluctantly did in; even though he said it wasn't his job. Outdoors I have white spots on my new patio and walkway from whatever they were using, So far it hasn't come off, If by spring it doesn't I will take further action. I have no complaint about the windows and the price paid. I could be saying more; but I think you get the gist of it.

Description of Work: Had windows replaced 12-14-15. Installers very courteous and professional . Quality windows and workmanship . Clean up was wonderful, only way to tell they were there was by the new windows and advertising sign. Received positive comments from neighbors. Highly recommend. Love my windows.

Description of Work: Measured twice to ensure good installation. Installed complete windows including bow window throughout house and sliding glass door. Trim inside house was not included.

Description of Work: Window World did work for me. I had 13 windows and the front and back door installed. They also put molding around the outside. The doors are oversized and the step when you come in had to be bigger, too.
