Description of Work: Thanks to Mike Helms for his swift response. He provided a very honest assessment of our needs and went so far as to provide a "DIY" recommendation to save us money! We will definitely contact him again in the spring.

Description of Work: Excellent professional service. I manage a small condo complex in Harwich port and the ant problem was out of control. It was cleared up in the timeframe that was quoted. Price was fine, and should not be an issue when you want expert service!

Description of Work: I signed up for regular pest maintenance with them.

Description of Work: I called P.I. Pest Investigators when we suspected an infestation of mice in our basement and some of the storage spaces in the house. Matt came out a little ahead of schedule (we came to realize that he is always punctual!) and inspected the whole house, inside and out. He gave us his recommendation and was very explicit in describing the situation to us. He described his services to us along with the charges for those services. We agreed with his plan and he went right to work. He returned a couple of weeks later to check the results of his treatment. Again, he was here a little ahead of the appointed time. Matt is very friendly, always smiling and really is a wealth of helpful information. We would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for someone who is dependable and informative.

Description of Work: Honestly, I can't remember the cost, but I will tell you that this company gave $100 off for being a member of Angie's List. THEY TOLD ME ABOUT IT! I HAD NOT GOTTEN THEIR NAME FROM ANGIE'S LIST!! The service was prompt, professional and extremely well done. I highly recommend them and intend on using them as needed. Great people and so friendly! I had problems with mice and ants. They are gone!!!!

Description of Work: Checked property inside and outside for evidence of mice. I live out of state and my tenant had called me to let us know there was a foul stench coming from the upstairs. She believed it was from a large pest that had crawled in and died. M Matt checked out the property and said there was definitely evidence of mice. He also checked out locations on the property where animals could get in. He set a trap in case there were animals entering. He went back to check the trap a few days ago and his wife said that there was no evidence of pests and he sealed hole.

Description of Work: Had a strange influx of 1000s of mites, out back and only after rain storms. Matt (the owner) came to house to see the location even tho we had sprayed them all. He said they were harmless but very annoying. He approved what we had done and suggested another thing to try. Matt will come back immediately when we see them again. He explained why they were coming. and we are hopeful they won't come back again. If so Matt will be there. He did not charge us for this visit and I thought he was a confident, honest businessman. Will definitely use him for any pest product and refer him to friends. Dorothy

Description of Work: I called after seeing the great reports on Angie's List. I need to have a termite infestation treated. I never got the chance to have them do any work. Tiffany was so rude that I decided not to use them. Too bad.
