The owner and a trainee came to my house the next day, and we did a walkaround/assessment. I would say everything went excellently because the owner offered advice and proposed solutions -OTC sprays, siding repairs- even though these did not necessarily require his professional capabilities, which is outstanding. I learned a lot about my property and how to take care of the problem myself, which I did. The owner didn't even charge for the consult and since then, six months ago, I haven't had any recurrence. It turned out that the animal was a flying squirrel which I was surprised to find live on Cape Cod (they are not in a lot of nature guides). You can see its flashy eyes in the attached photos.

Very nice people to deal with. Matt was knowledgeable, willing to take the time to do great job and also explain everything to me. He was on time and I couldn't be more happy with the service and results.

Matt is friendly and knowledgable and Tiffany is delightful to schedule service with. I like working with decent contractors who treat you with respect, and aren't pushy. PI Pest Investigators fits that description. We have no doubt that we will be pest free now and in the future. This is a recently purchased older home and no doubt the previous owners knew about the carpenter ants and kept quiet, as Matt stated that they have likely been around for years based on his observations. We purchased the house in December so nothing was noticed in the cold weather. Nothing we can't remedy, but annoying that we were deceived by the previous owners. Just stating this to others looking to purchase a home when the insects may be dormant.

They were very responsive to my request /inquiry to get on their schedule (they have been our pest control since 2013) and showed up when they said they would (about 1.5 weeks after my initial call). They came & went and then so did the ants.

It went great. Matt arrived on time and efficiently dealt with the nest. I appreciated that he first checked the interior of the house to ensure that in treating the nest there was no possibility of the yellow jackets being forced into the house. This is the second time I have had P.I. Pest Investigators do work for me. They would be my first choice for any pest issues.

It went great. Tiffany got right back to me on my phone call. Matt and Joshua came out the next day and did the job. They were very thorough and professional. It will take 48 hours to be certain that the nest is dead but activity has definitely slowed. There is a warranty and I feel confident Matt will make certain that the job is finished. A much better idea than trying to eliminate the nest on my own. Worth every penny. Thanks Matt and Joshua.

Service technician was prompt, efficient and knew his business. Very satisfied with the service call and with the results. Opted to go with an annual contract based on the professionalism of the exterminator and the quality of work and promise to return if problem persisted/reoccurred.Highly recommend this exterminator.

This is a great company. Their scheduling person called me two days before the appointment to make sure that the time was still acceptable. The day of the appointment, they were right on time. Matt and Josh did a great job and we were so impressed that we put them on a service contract!

They were very good and was cheaper than other people. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. My daughter has allergies and was very careful with the chemicals that he used. He tried to come up with a good solution to that. He came out before doing the work because we thought we had carpenter bugs making holes in our walls and he said that was not it. He was very honest and truthful. He made suggestions of what we could do.The quality of work was excellent.

I ended up getting a contract so they will come back if there is another problem. They are a very small company; it is just him and his wife, which was very nice. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and was willing to do whatever was needed to do to take care of it. They were reasonable; they were lesser than the big companies were.

I was so pleased with their work during my winter racoon emergency that I signed them up to do regular rodent and pest inspection services. Matt is wonderful! Last summer 2011 I had an investation of small moth-like creatures in my pantry. I emptied the pantry, removed and washed the shelves and walls and Matt came and sprayed the pantry and the attached garage and anywhere else he thought might need it. He also left me with small adhesive traps - which collected the strays. PROBLEM RESOLVED and have not seen another one in 2012. Matt knew right away what kind of pest it was and said they can get into your house from grocery bags etc. I am just very glad they are GONE!!

I found them on Angie’s List. They were very thorough, very accommodating, they came when they said they would, and their price was reasonable. We had got a couple of estimates, their price was good, and they had good reviews on Angie’s List. We were very happy with them.

I have been using PI Pest Investigators for almost two years. I originally compared quotes from 3 different exterminators and felt that PI offered the best price for the level of service I needed. We have not seen any evidence of pest issues since they started servicing our house. Everyone I have met or talked to over the phone from PI have been extremely friendly.
