Description of Work: Matt came out to assess our problem. He was pleasant and thorough. Not only did he recommend a solution for the termite issue, but we had a problem with squirrels that he could not help with because of a recent back problem, and he was kind enough to tell us how to handle the extermination ourselves. That saved us about $300. We did contract with him to take care of the termites and he does the job he's supposed to and provides updates accordingly. I would definitely recommend PI Pest Investigators.

I want to apologize that we did not get out there when we were suppose to. I did not schedule the appointment in the system after giving you a time over the phone. So I do apologize for that. What does make me upset is we were never given the opportunity to fix the issue. No one ever called the office or email us to tell us that we missed the appointment. So I feel that its unfair to grade us based on that. Since you were an on going customer from 2011 to 2014 until you cancelled, You were happy with the service and we did get rid of your major spider issue. You called us back this year to get us back out there because you were having such an issue with spiders and mice again and needed our services. So we were doing our job! No company is perfect and we all have our moments. I do take full responsibility for not getting Matt out there but its sad that we were never given the opportunity to fix the issue! We wish you nothing but the best in the future!

In July when I went to my summer home, there was an infestation of moths around my pantry. I called Matt and he told me what to do immediately and then came to the house two days later. We cleaned out the pantry - threw out any opened boxes with flour products - cleaned everything that was going to stay - NOT MUCH! Matt came and sprayed and scraped the closet ceiling where there were pods. Sprayed the garage (which is next to the pantry) and set up traps in the pantry. Matt said these flour moths can come from the supermarket bags - I don't care how they got in - I just want them gone. YUK!!!!! Matt checked back in two weeks - the moths were gone but the traps were full and so he reset them. Success!!!!!! Matt is great to deal with - he understqands customer service - and the need for him to respond quickly - especially to PEST issues.
Description of Work: I have an annual contract with Matt because I have a house on the Cape and the dampness requires spraying to keep pests out of the house. Matt sprays twice a year and that has been successful. No mice or any other issues with ants etc. This year I had an unusual infestation of moths and Matt took care of it

It went extremely well and we will certainly use him again in the future. He also did a check of a rental home we have as well and did not find any problems there and he did not charge us to do this for which we were very grateful. We would HIGHLY recommend Matt!
Description of Work: We were very pleased with Matt and he was extremely professional and prompt. He did treatment for carpenter bees in our garage door, a huge wasp nest under our deck and treated our house and garage for carpenter ants of which we had a large number around the house both interiorally and exteriorally. He was very courteous and we had excellent service from him. He could not have been better!

I found P I Pest to offer the best price for an annual contract that includes two semi-annual inspectiions/sparyings, plus visits as needed between scheduled services. It was a bit challenging to schedule the visit as this is a summer home for us and we generally are down only on weekends; P I Pest only works every other Saturday, so it took a couple of months before we were going to be in the home for our 1st visit. Other than than, I have found them very personable and professional.
Description of Work: Matt performed a semi-annual extermination inspection and spraying.

We had found evidence of carpenter ant activity on an outside wall, and we had called a chain pest control company for an estimate, which was over $2,000. The agent scared us into thinking that we had to act immediately to save our house from termites. We called P I Pest Investigators. The owner came right over and did a thorough inspection. He did not find any danger from termites and sold us a full treatment and follow-up plan for much less money. He was intelligent, courteous, and he did come back a few times to finish the treatment, which was inexpensive and environmentally friendly. I highly recommend this company. Holly Smith Pedlosky
