Very satisfied, Ken responded almost immediately to initial email and we met shortly thereafter for discussion of what I was looking for and he provided an estimate of the cost. The work began about week later and necessitated three visits to accommodate my schedule of only working in late afternoon when property was available. His crew was friendly and professional and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use in the future.

He comes once a month to care for my landscape as well. He is thoroughly reliable and responsible. They don't need any oversight or supervision. They see what needs done and get it taken care of and clean up beautifully.

I have used Ken Baba for my landscaping for over 10 years. I don't think I've ever had an issue with their work. They not only do spring and fall clean ups for me but have removed turf for garden beds, planted gardens, moved existing landscape, poison ivy removal, planted trees, have done tree work, removed trees, put down tons of mulch, cut my lawn weekly, fertilized, cleaned my gutters and more. The crew chief, Sean is one of the nicest people I've worked with. He knows his stuff, he is very knowledgable about all aspects of landscaping and plant care. And the entire crew works hard all day long. I've never seen them stop for lunch, or breaks. Honestly the pace that they work at is amazing. When I've had big jobs that need to be done I've gotten bids from a few landscapers. Ken has always been the most reasonably priced, knowledgable and easy to work with. Clearly I'm a fan and have always been very pleased with their work, the crew and how polite and hard working they all are.

When calling Ken Baba, I left a message and received a return call within a couple of hours. Ken is very respectful and professional. I mentioned to him that I had started raking and filling a tarp with leaves but soon realized that, with my schedule, it would take too long to finish. Ken clarified the details and my expectations of the service I was requesting. We agreed that he would stop by my home and take a look at the property and call back. My initial contact with him was on Monday, 04-08-13. He called me back that evening and gave me a quote of $400 for the raking of the lawn, clearing the flower beds, cleaning of the gutters, and removal of the leaf debris. I agreed to the price and we discussed a timeline for the work to be completed. Ken said that I should call him by Friday evening if the work was not completed. I did not call Ken that Friday evening because it had rained two days during that week and I expected a delay due to the weather conditions. I planned on calling him on Monday evening if the work was not complete. I was pleasantly surprised when on Saturday, 04-13-13, his workers arrived. I was leaving the house at that time. When I returned that evening, I was very happy with the work that had been done. I am very particular and I was pleased to see that the grass was raked and groomed, removing the pesky pine needles that are so difficult to lift. I appreciated the attention to detail in the flower beds and side yard. All debris had been removed and they had even neatly folded and set aside the tarp I had been using to fill with leaves when I initially attempted to tackle the yard on my own. Services provided by this landscape company were very professional, timely, and it was a positive experience. I will definitely be calling again for more work in the future.

Sean and Ken spent a lot of time redesigning my yard, selecting appropriate plants and trees.

We contacted Ken Baba to give us an estimate for a mowing one acre of grass, plowing the vegetable garden. The estimate was very fair. The crew started on the garden : pulled the existing grass added some new dirt and created a deep ditch all around. The garden was better then I had expected and ready for planting. The crew returned every week to take care of the grass. The job was done nicely and I never worried about it. During a big winter storm many cedar trees tipped over. I called Ken Baba , within few days the trees were removed and the yard was clean. It was a big Job and the price was fair.
