We had a GREAT experience with this company. All of their representatives were very helpful and professional on the phone. Sean explained everything they were going to do for us, so we could make sure that the treatments to get rid of the carpenter ants in our house would not hurt our honeybees. I felt absolutely comfortable with their services, and now, less than a week later, there are almost no ants at all in the kitchen whereas before there were so many we were feeling overrun! Thanks GreenHow, you guys are great!

Since starting with them, the problem has been gone. Within the first few days, I got perhaps 3-4 mice in the traps and they came immediately and cleaned them out since I didn't want to live with dead mice in the house for three months until the next checkup. Since then, I think we've only trapped one mouse. The problem seems to be gone, but I keep waiting one more month, and then one more check-up, etc. I will probably stop in the summer when it will have been about a year. I thought their charges were quite reasonable for the initial service of finding the problem areas, being quite thorough in their evaluation, and installing the sweeps and blocks. (The $400 above includes my extras that they had to install to block the areas where mice were getting in.) However, the quarterly check-up charge is $100 per visit is quite high considering how long they are there and what they do--walk through, check traps, yup, they're empty, let's move them a bit, bait boxes are still full, see you in 3 months. Takes maybe 10 minutes, if that. They are very professional, kind and courteous and the mice are gone. I

Sean put on his "armor" and got to work dusting the very live nests as we had quite a few. I appreciate his coming out right away as one of the nests was huge and in a spot that went unnoticed. Sean found them all and we were able to go ahead and paint on the house. Greenhow is a very caring company and takes good care of their customers. If you have an emergency they come out right away. I highly recommend Greenhow for all your pest control problems.

Good, excellent service and attention to detail

Great so far! GreenHow was able to come out and give me a quote on the day that I called asking what options for tick spraying in my yard there were. They were prompt, reasonably priced and gave me some great and flexible options. I have signed a contract to have them come spray over the next year - we've already seen an improvement of bugs in the house and I love that they are green so I don't have to clear the animals out.

Didn't use, not becuase anything wrong with them, but that another company came out and there wasn't a problem so I didn't need another estimate.

I emailed Greenhow about my house centipede problem in my first floor condo. Sean got back to me ASAP and set up an appointment. When he had an opening earlier in his schedule, he tried to fit me in as well. He got to my house before I did, and waited patiently and inspected the foundation and other potential problems. He noticed signs of mice underneath my AC. He helped me take out my AC and removed the mouse droppings and shells. He also gave me some great tips on how to prevent and minimize mice coming in the future. Then he checked out my floor and the basement for the house centipedes and potential areas in which they could enter. He gave me great advice on how to minimize their presence. He also provided a quote for me for a better dehumidifier and for general exterminating of mice and house centipedes. He was SUPER-helpful. I highly recommend this company. I hope I don't have mice problems in the future, but I know who to go to if I do.

GreenHow Inc came down and assessed the situation. They were excellent, very professional. They were a great group to work with. If I ever have any pest problems I would call them. They even followed up with written documentation on what the pest was, how to handle it, and what the treatment was.

The owner of the company was super attentive and did a fabulous job with follow up. They did an extra service for free which was great. They were very professional, friendly, and informative.

Sean has done a great job. He uses all green products that are not poisonous so it is ok for animals and children. He is very responsive, knowledgable and answers all questions. He made sure to not just rid the mice but make sure that he closed any holes that were allowing them to get into my home. He will continue to spray outside for general pests. I was worried about ticks so when he sprays the bushes he was able to use a treatment (non-poisonous) that was specifically geared towards ticks.

We still have carpenter ants, but they are retreating. They come until they are taken care of.

They were good. They covered up the mouse problem where there were holes coming into the building. I would use them again.

I called in a panic on a Saturday morning because of noises I'd heard in the wall and feces in the basement. Sean called me back almost immediately and came over the next day (Sunday!). I thought we had mice.....um, well, it was rats! Ewe! He spent at least an hour inspecting everything. I signed a contract on the spot. Within 48 hours, he'd returned to work his magic including placing a wildlife cam in the basement to determine the varmint's point of entry, and he came back several times over the month to check on things (he would have come immediately if I'd heard/seen anything). I learned more than I ever wanted to know about these things. The good news is that we have been rat-free for more than a month. He also treated the carpenter ants in our backyard and they've gone too. GreenHow uses environmentally friendly methods, which is a huge plus (as I've got a young child at home). Please the team was really nice and very professional. Monthly maintenance is $49 a month, which we stopped for now, but can reinstate at any time.

It is a very good service and I am very pleased with the results. What I especially like is how they informed me to be on the lookout for other pests that I might come across. They are very non-interruptive and only occasionally need to gain access to the inside of my home to treat it. They also use chemicals that are safer on the environment. After speaking with some neighbors, I realized just how reasonable their price is, too.

Everything is going well. Greenhow has always been very responsive, and it does great and thorough work.

GreenHow did an outstanding job of dealing with, and eliminating our ant problem. After analyzing our issue as carpenter ants, Sean GreenHow and his team provided extraordinary customer service, following up with phone calls, urging us to call even if we saw one ant in the house! Carpenter ants are notoriously difficult and our situation was complicated by having many trees and deadfalls on or near our property, great breeding ground for carpenter ants. Sean personally came back on multiple occasions, even entering our crawl space beneath the master bedroom to discover an additional carpenter ant nest that was adding to our problem. They doggedly stayed on the problem and through August and September 2011 finally eradicated the carpenter ants. If you want great pest control service with a customer friendly touch, Sean GreenHow is the right one for you.

They are excellent. The owner is very knowledgeable about all kinds of creatures. I have a very old house that has a stone foundation. He sealed all of the cracks in the stone to make sure that no pests could get in. He did it in the color black to make it unnoticeable, so he is very precise. He works carefully and I would absolutely recommend him.

After Sean put out bait for the ants he went outside to look around the house and determined that it would be best to wait until spring to spray outside even though there were some out there on my Ant Pro Bait Station. He said most of the ants in the basement should be gone in two days and to call him and let him know how it was going. He said if I kept seeing them he would come back and treat again for free. Well, I did see a couple of staggering ants two days later but by the 3rd day there were none and I have not seen any more since then. I have never dealt with a nicer company including the receptionist. I have nothing but praise for Sean as I had a million questions and he patiently and pleasantly answered all of them. I even called after hours to leave a message that the ants were gone and he actually answered the phone, saying he likes to make sure his customers are not in the midst of a bad poblem. I give GreenHow an A+ ---- a very caring company. Also, he could have said that I should have an outside treatment even though it is late in the season and charge me more but he obviously cares about his customers and is among the very few honest contractors. out there.

Sean came when he said he would, was very knowledgeable about yellow jackets, and quickly got the job done. He came back a few days later to make sure the nest was dead (which it was). Since I have kids, it's nice to know he uses organic or less toxic materials than are typical. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use Greenhow again.
