GreenHow is an excellent company - their servicepeople are knowledgable and thorough, follow up when they say they will, and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their work. The back office team is also very attentive and professional. We had our property inspected when we moved in and were pleased enough with GreenHow's work that we contracted them to perform ongoing inspections every couple months. They have been great and we are quite happy!

No one wants to have to deal with termites in their home, but if you have to do it, GreenHow is a good option. They were professional and thorough, explaining each and every step. They return to check on the bait stations every month and add as many new stations as they feel would help. The termites are still feasting on the bait, so I don't yet know if this will solve the problem, but I am hopeful.

They managed to control both the ants and wasps as well as the rodents.

Pointless. The service tech was nice enough, put some foam under the siding in a few places, some copper 'wool' in other places. Didn't have any actual insight into where they were getting in, which was the whole point of the exercise. Claimed that mice don't climb, that they won't enter the garage through a gap, and then walk across the roof space of the attic to the house side because they fear predatory birds swooping down on them... through the garage roof. Interesting point of view. Anyway, a thorough waste of money. They were nice enough on the phone and nice enough in person but would rather sell a monthly trapping service. Yes, finding the point of entry is difficult, obviously. That is _why I paid them_. This represents my own opinion and my own experience. By all means try them, maybe it will work better for you. Again, they were nice and punctual.

Wonderful. Sean was very knowledgeable and answered lots of our questions during the consultation. Though their price was a little bit expensive, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their service. We first had Tom (couldn't remember the exact name) do our pest control visit. He was very thorough and reliable and willing to share knowledge. We then had Greenhow do the aeration and overseeding and fertilization. They scheduled me pretty soon and arrived on time for the service. The lawn is looking better now already!

He responded quickly to my call. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He was honest. He told us that we did not have evidence of termites in the house although we did have them in the soil. He described preventive measures should we want them. I would definitely use him in the future, if necessary..

After having dealt with bedbugs two years ago, I was in a panic when I thought the problem had returned. Sean came to the house the day after I contacted them and took the time inspect everything - a far more thorough inspection than the previous company I had used did. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and identified all the bugs I had bagged from various areas around the house (did I mention I was in a panic). He also explained exactly what to look for, where the typical signs might show up and various treatments available if the problem did recur. Luckily for me he found no signs of the bugs but I appreciate the time he took to allay my fears and give me detailed information. He was very professional (even offered to take his shoes off because it had started raining) and pleasant as was the woman I spoke to on the phone before he arrived. I will use GreenHow for any future pest control needs and would highly recommend them.

Set traps for mice. Returned to empty and reset traps. Filled entry ways to exclude new infestation.

Sean Greenhow called and let me know he was coming by the house this morning 6/6. He found area on side of house where there were still openings and sealed them with mesh or polyurethane. Also offered a free interior trap check and refund by mail. This should resolve our issues and keep the mice out!

Most professional/honest group I'v ever had come out. I've had numerous exterminators come out over the years and these guys were absolutely the best. I recommend them to everyone.

The work is always great. They are very thorough. If we ever have to call them, they are always there to help. We trust them and their advice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'd been ignoring that hive, but when I finally got stung on my way out the door, that was it! I called Greenhow because they advertised eco-friendly methods on Angie's List and on their website. Their representative answered the phone promptly, confirmed that they would use a "reduced risk" product, and scheduled the job for the next day. The next morning, I discovered another small, probably inactive hive and asked that it be removed too. That evening, I came home to an invoice in the door and no bees anywhere! The price I listed reflects the deduction of an Angie's List coupon for first-time customers.

I thought they were competitive and we were very pleased with their service. They were interested in a less toxic waste getting rid of pests.

This company has always been a pleasure to deal with. The owner is extremely responsive and was over my house within 30 minutes to assess our pest problem. He even stopped by a couple of days later to make sure we were happy with everything. It's refreshing to work with a company that really values their customers.

I have used GreenHow before had have had great experiences. This time is no exception. To start, GreenHow is very professional, personal and responsive. One of the unit in the 3 units apartment building had bedbugs. Jeff came and inspected. He came again and took measures talked to the tenants. Sean and Tom came and treat the apartment multiple times. Sean took time to explain me stuff each time. Highly recommended.

They came and helped us with an ant infestation. They did a thorough inspection to determine where the ants were entering the house and what type of ants they were. I was also impressed at her professional demeanor and friendliness. My kids were all over the place and it didn't phase her. She came out to do the treatment the same week and it solved our problems. With three kids we were happy to find an all natural solution to the problem.

I contacted several pest control places for evaluation/quotes for tick control in my yard. (I live on 4+ acres in the woods, tick paradise.) Sean came out for an on site evaluation, did a tour of my somewhat unique yard and discussed different tick application strategies. We included a path out into the woods that the dog runs up frequently for a very minimal added cost. He also would normally recommend 2 treatments in the spring, but recommended one this spring since it had been so dry and the ticks were stressed. The application itself was all natural, and leaves my yard smelling awesome! I was suspicious of the all natural part, but this is the first year I have not removed a tick from any of my children and the dog has only a few ticks all season (he is in the woods all the time) as opposed the the 1/2 dozen a week at peak tick season. (No the Frontline doesn't work anymore.) I was sold. It was also very reasonable, $112 x 3 applications. Sean also talked about what I could do (such as Tick Tubes in my rock wall) and sent me information from CT about some strategies for the border areas. Of all the people I talked to he was most knowledgeable about the life cycle of the tick and most informative.

I called Molly because I had heard a mouse and saw some dropping. She came and set some traps. She came back and checked the traps about a week later but no mice. About three weeks later, I stayed to see flys in the house. I called Molly because I thought I had a fly problem. She came within three hours of my call ( and sadly found a dead mouse) she cleaned it all, and then set some more traps and then found some hole that she filled up. . I emailed her on Sat cause I thought I heard something. even though she wasnt working she emailed me back within the hour and scheduled to come to the house Monday at 6:30am. She is always professional, always on time, and not afraid of anything!! The price is always fair and she NEVER tries to upsell me anything. I am looking for more ways to use this company just because I think they are amazing! ( they are coming to do my lawn this week too!)

Fantastic. Jeff and all the staff at Greenhow are knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, accommodating, and best of all, effective with minimal environmental impact in pest control. Thus far there seems to be no recurrence of carpenter ants in our house, and they have taken effective steps to stop any mice infestation as well. They gave a quote after the initial inspection which was quite reasonable, plus they schedule quarterly visits to ensure that pest recurrence is minimal. The cost is well worth the service. If a pest problem returns before a scheduled quarterly visit, they are only too happy to promptly come and take steps to eradicate the problem before it gets worse. We are extremely pleased with Greenhow's service and heartily recommend them.
