Description of Work: Came out to inspect and provide quote for termite system. We ended up going with another company that was slightly cheaper and used the same system, but I'm sure Greenhow would have been a great choice, as well. The inspector was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful about everything from termite control to where to re-plant our garden. If we have other pest issues, Greenhow is definitely on our list to call.

Description of Work: I had Greenhow come out to treat for termites, ants and house centipedes. Sean was fabulous and always got right back to me about all my questions and concerns. Description of Work: We had a carprenter ant infestation in our kitchen. They resolved the issue in one treatment using no-toxic pesticides / approach. We have 3 young children so it was important to us that non-toxic pesticides were used. We really enjoyed everyone we came in contact with in the company. Everyone was highly knowledgeable, profession and courtious. I would easily refer them to family or friends.

During the first visit, he spent an hour looking at the crawlspace and immediately offered his advice on the possible cause and treatment of the termite problem without overselling. In addition, Sean coordinated with my building contractor to pretreat my new garage. It was so easy from my end -- Sean handled all the communication with the contractor and updated me with emails. He's a true professional and brings a lot of practical experience in dealing with pests and organic lawn care. Clearly, Sean has passion and expertise about his business which gave me confidence about the solutions we discussed.
Description of Work: Sean Greenhow checked my house for termites and found the source of the problem within an hour (I had three other contractors assess my termite problem). Sean recommended an environmentally low impact solution with using the Sentricon system which he carefully installed around my new patios and in the crawlspace. He also treated the mouse and ant problems. In addition, I have signed up for his organic lawn care program for my backyard.
