We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) "I hired DS General Services Corp (Mr. Wehlington Da Silva) to refinish hardwood floors on the first floor; remove wall-to-wall carpet, remove vinyl floors and refinish the original hardwood floors on the second floor; and install new luxury vinyl plank flooring in our attic and basement. In other words, he and his team re-did all of the floors in the house from top to bottom. Wehlington and his crew arrived on time every morning at 7am and worked straight through each day until 5pm to 7pm. The crew was polite, courteous and professional. Wehlington consulted with me when necessary, but otherwise he was a man of few words. His actions spoke volumes: He was careful, professional, detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and took pride in the high quality of his workmanship. Wehlington advised me on what type of flooring to get, where to get it, and about how much different grades would cost. He also advised me on caring for my gorgeously refinished hardwood floors going forward. "Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"
