Fabulous Cleaning

Description of Work: Fabulous cleaning is truly fabulous. Reasonable cost (we get out 1700 sq ft house cleaned every other week) and excellent quality. I highly recommend!

Description of Work: never called me back - very disappointed

Description of Work: I made an initial call and left a voice mail to inquire about rates, etc., and Gail called me back within a half hour, which was commendable. I discussed my needs with her, which included having cleaners come on Saturday (potentially every Saturday). She explained that the cleaners don't usually work on Saturdays (despite her listing on Angie's List clearly indicating Saturday hours), but would make a few calls to see if any of her employees would be willing/able to come on Saturdays. She called back very quickly the same day and left a message saying something to the effect of "yes, I have someone who can do Saturdays; if you want to move forward just let me know". I did, in fact, call back to arrange an in-person visit and get an estimate; Gail was not available, but I left a message with another woman, who said Gail would be back in an hour. She did not return my call that day, so I tried again a couple days later, and left another message with the same woman who, again, said Gail would be back in an hour. And again, she never called back. My conclusion is that either Gail is blowing me off, or she is not getting her messages, both of which are unacceptable in my opinion, and downright unprofessional. I'm not about to hire someone to do work in my house, who doesn't have the common courtesy to return my calls (or to hire someone who can properly deliver a message). Normally, I would give a C rating, since most of these so-called cleaning services tend to be unreliable. But in this case, I'm giving a D, due to the extra aggravation. Even if she does call back at this point, I couldn't use her, because I believe she would be unreliable. My time and money are far too valuable to waste on someone who treats me with this level of disrespect.
