Fabulous Cleaning

Great - we've been using them consistently, every other week for the past 4 years.

Fabulous Cleaning did a great job for us on short notice. Gail came to the house to do an estimate and was very friendly. We had a couple hiccups in our communication, but they were very accommodating. The team of 2 who cleaned our house was very thorough - I'm really picky and found very little that I would have done differently, which is impressive for their 1st time in our house. The girls arrived promptly and the services came in right around the estimate. While not the cheapest option, I'd definitely use them again for a thorough cleaning and I think the quality is better than many less expensive options.

Two ladies arrived while my husband was home and took care of the deep clean. The house has been neglected and needed work. They worked diligently and professionally and got the job done. I was pleased with the results. I will use them in the future.

They were very quick to respond and able to fit me into the schedule quickly.

They were excellent. We had done some work in a house and we wanted to get it dusted for the people, so they did the cement floor. It was quick service, and they were very good and very efficient. I was shocked how inexpensive it was. There is nothing I can say wrong about them. They were perfect. I am going to be using them next month.

Gail is very professional. I would definitely recommend and continue to use them as long as I can afford a house cleaner!

Very happy with this company. Gail is great to deal with and I have found her very accommodating and responsive to any changes, requests or complaints. Her girls are all very respectful, well trained and very nice. I have been very happy with this company and the quality of service.

They charge me $110 and I only want $50. They were nice and personable but I thought it was over price.

It went just fine. They were very flexible and prompt. I thought they did a great job.

First cleaning of my 1700 sq ft house was $195 followed by $105 for bi-weekly cleaning. We have used them for about 4 months now and are extremely happy. They get under the furniture, ceiling fan blades, everything we've asked for. One nice thing is that they also call the day before they are coming and leave a message just to remind me. I would definitely recommend Fabulous Cleaning!

Fabulous cleaning answered my call to clean a vacant apartment promptly. Gail, the owner, arrived an hour later than she said she would for the estimate, but I was working there so it didn't matter. She was friendly and helpful with suggestions. I paid her at that time, stupidly, of my own volition and gave her a $25.00 tip as she promised she would take care of details that I think are 'picky' on my part. Her employees arrived when I was working away from the site and said they spent the entire day cleaning. Gail said she was there also. I arrived later in the day after the cleaners had gone. I found almost nothing cleaned. It looked swept. The stove was filthy, blinds were filthy. I founf painter's tape still stuck to the hardwood floors they said they had washed with Murphy's oil soap. Closet floors were not cleaned. Nothing looked as though it was cleaned. I took pictures the evening of the cleaning day, as soon as I arrived. I sent them immediately via phone message directly to Gail. She did respond and apologized. Three weeks later I received a check for $80.00 from her as compensation. I am still out the balance and I had to clean the apartment myself. Gail was friendly and I was sorry the service was so poor to non-existent. I would have liked to continue to do business with someone like that.

They call ahead and remind of your appointment, and bring the same people every time. I feel they are dependable, reliable and do great work.

I was not satisfied with them. I would never use them again. They were awful. First she quoted me a price for my house. After she quoted the price, I told her that I had a 20% off coupon. Then she told me that the price that she gave me was including the coupon when I hadn’t told her about the coupon before. She tried to rip me off. Multiple things hadn’t been cleaned when they came to my house. I called and told the manager. I am a customer service person myself. They didn’t come forward to make things up to me or give me a refund. They were not apologetic for what happened. I was just blown away. The price was fair and decent. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I did try them as I was thinking about switching from my current company. But I think I will stay with the company I have been using as I like their personality a bit better. I prefer the people I have been using. Fabulous Cleaning did do a good job. Originally she wanted to charge me more than $100 but I did negotiate with her. The company I normally use does change the bed linens for me and Fabulous Cleaning balked at that.

I decided to join angies list after hiring a few different cleaning companies with no success. I looked at a few deferent cleaning companies and decided to give Fabulous Cleaning a shot. I called them on Saturday and left a message. I didn't expect anyone to call me back until Monday so thats not why i gave them an F. The owner of Fabulous Cleaning did call me back on Monday around 11 am. I told her i was looking for a cleaning company to come every other week to clean my house. She asked about how far away we where from her, I said about 12 miles she said ok whats the address and i can come out and see you on Wends around 10:30 am. On tuesday the owner of Fabulous Cleaning had one of her employees call me to let me know they no longer wanted to come out and give me an estimate to do my house cleaning, i asked why and she said they now did not want to travel that far anymore they where just to busy and with the price of gas being so high. I mean come on! I just went over all of this on Monday when we spoke and now you call me the day before you are supposed to come out and say sorry we don't want your business anymore because we are to busy. The funny thing is they have good reviews on Angies list so i would have paid extra to have them clean if the price of gas was an issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor would i use them even if they begged. Don't tell me your going to do something and then call back and tell me i'm not important enough to service.

Found this cleaning service through Angie's list, read the review and decided to try them. This was a win, win all over and I am very picky. Would definitely recommend them again, as well as using them, Excellent!! Elaine

They were good. Very responsive. Came out to give an estimate very quickly and we scheduled them to do the work that same week. They did a nice job on the windows, bathrooms and kitchen in particular. A rating overall although I gave them a B for price and quality because I think the cleaning was what I expected and they charged a fairly standard rate based on the other quotes we got.

I had a bit of difficulty with the initial scheduling, though that was probably partially due to the fact that I was out of state while trying to schedule. Beyond that, everything was great. They arrived on time with a great team and tackled a big house that had been largely vacant for a while. Everyone was friendly and worked hard. It cost more than I expected but they were there for a long time...and since I'm now doing the ongoing cleaning myself, I can attest that it is a LONG job! Not a lot of places will help you with one-time jobs which is what I really needed at the time. They were great and I would hire them again and I would recommend them.

Response to request quickly and job done with my time frame in mind. Work was done to my satisfaction. Would recommend this company to anyone.
