Description of Work: I needed 2 new front doors, one of which had be refitted for a wheel chair ramp and now had to be refitted back to a standard door. Bill Lockney and his assistant Kenny, just finished installing both doors and I couldn't be happier with the finished result. The doors look beautiful and Bill did a great job installing them. He and Kenny left the job site cleaner than then they found it! I plan on Bill doing more work for me in the Spring and I highly recommend him for any and all carpentry work.

Description of Work: Never returned two phone calls for service.

Description of Work: They repaced about 5 boards on my deck floor that were rotting and they rebuilt a planter box around a cherry tree on my deck.

Description of Work: Left a message. They never called me back. Very disappointed. Even if they are booked with upcoming jobs, at least call me back.

Description of Work: When I left a message I was responded to within one day...I was informed that he was on vaca for a week and would get back to me right upon his return and he did get back to me the day after his vaca ended. I had hired someone else meanwhile, but was impressed with their response time and punctuality about the follow up.

Description of Work: I just had Breeze Carpentry and Construction do a job for me. They replaced two decks. They brought in steel reinforcements. They did the front landing.

Description of Work: They never returned my phone call. Trying to find a contractor is difficult, that is why I joined Angie's list. It didn't turn out well for me because I called three handymen and still have not been able to find one.

Description of Work: I could not be more pleased with Bill and Breeze Carpentry. Bill was in continual contact with me from the time of my initial call fro services through the completion of work. All work was documented in writing and his professionalism is top notch. My work needs included a leaky kitchen window and installation of railings on my back deck/steps. Bill and his assistant were punctual, neat, and informative throughout the project. I highly recommend this service provider for your project/home needs. In fact I am referring him to my own mother for work on her home, so that must tell you something about my confidence in Breeze.

Description of Work: Took several calls before he would come out to talk about job. Suppose to send estimated, have not heard from him in weeks.

Description of Work: Provided an estimate for the work I wanted done. However, they were not able to perform the work within the time frame I desired so I went with another contractor. Would be willing to consider them again for future projects.

Description of Work: We hired Bill to rebuild/recess the 1st floor staircase for our entry deck plus build a 2nd floor deck on top of existing roof. He rebuilt the steps, put new decorative spindles on the side, put a new rubber roof on top of the roof that he then added a deck on. He also made one window into an exterior door that would lead onto the 2nd floor deck.

Description of Work: I have had the following services/projects done by Breeze Carpentry over the past year: September 2011: Replaced interior door and other door hardware August 2011: Installed a half bathroom in the corner of my bedroom including framing, tile floors, vanity, mirror, door and painting. He subcontracted the work for plumbing and electrical. May 2011: Removed drop ceiling in basement and installed tiled ceiling which included new sheet rock and plaster/spackling work May 2011: Replaced lattice under my large porch with Durok cement board, digging well below ground level to prevent critters from burrowing underneath and then back filling the dirt and mulch. April 2011: Installed drop ladder for access into the attic and added a small doorway to access a previously inaccessible area of my attic

Description of Work: This year Bill installed a laundryroom on my main floor which required expanding an existing closet. It involved building new walls, tiling floor plastering the walls and ceiling, matching paint, installing shelves and doors plus providing plumber and electrician personal. He installed flooring in my kitchen (bamboo) ,replaced old bathroom tile with new, and laid wood flooring in my front room. In May he renovated an apartment I rent out. He repaired excessive damages to the walls and woodwork, painted everything, replaced the bathtub enclosure. He installed kitchen ceramic tile and wood floors throughout the rest of the apartment. He took care of all the details whether I thought of them or not, doorstops, etc. he even picked out some of the paint himself which I was very pleased with. A tree had fallen during a storm on the roof and deck he took care of all the repairs. The job was done in a timely manner as I needed to re-rent as soon as possible. In the past he has fixed screens repaired my fence when I thought I would have to replace it . Bill is very punctural and always cleans up, thoroughtly and removes all the trash. Prior to establishing his own business 'Breeze Carpentry ' Bill had done several extensive jobs for me under his previous employer. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any construction job I need in the future.

Description of Work: Back deck was repaired; railing replaced, sanded, stained and painted.

Description of Work: Installation of a hardwood floor in our family room where there used to be wall to wall carpet.

Description of Work: Fixed roof that was leaking around the chimney. Also installed duct work to allow bathroom to vent moisture outside instead of into the attic.

Description of Work: Breeze construction company shingled the roof on my house and garage. They took of the first layer on house roof (at my husband's request) and went over the shingles on the garage. They also fixed the rotted wood on the sides of the roof.

Description of Work: We hired Bill to remodel our old bathroom as well as other odd carpentry jobs. Bill was prompt, courteous, reliable and professional. His work was neat and exactly what we asked him to do! We highly recommend him and will have him back to do additional work in the future....
