The finished project was amazing, Bill is a very talented guy, we could not be happier for the almost 900 sq ft. he built for us. It included a Media room, gym space and office space. Bill and his team did a fantastic job. The basement is better than we imagined it would be. Bill has a great vision of how the finished product should look. He and his team display impressive workmanship and are meticulous in their detail work and clean up every day. We have used Breeze Carpentry many times. We know what we are getting when we hire Bill. Excellent work, attention to detail, neat, wonderful work. This time he did our basement over, including a 1/2 bath. As always Bill and his team delivered on time and on budget! We wouldn't even think of hiring someone else!

It went well. Door frame was starting to rot and original door was warped. The new door looks great and kick plate, frame are nice and new. Ready for Winter!

Bill and his crew completely remodeled our bedroom allowing for a walk in closet and "office area" workspace. The bedroom was completely gutted. Bill is very easy to work with and any advice he gave to us was worth listening to as it made the bedroom even more beautiful than we expected. The work area was left clean and safe at the end of each day. We will definitely hire them again.

Bill and team as always did a fantastic job! Our deck was fully enclosed with no access to/from the yard. Bill helped us plan the best location for the stairs and they came out amazing. The construction was solid and the stairs fit in perfectly with the deck like they were there the whole time. Bill matched the composite and the railings and we now have access to the new pool. We have used Breeze for several projects now and we need only one number to call when a project comes up. Breeze is superior quality, an incredible value, and the process is always smooth!

We are thrilled with the deck and working with Bill. Right from the start or requesting a quote, Bill was timely, professional and informative. He fully explained how to repair/resurface our deck and provided an estimate shortly after. Weather delays required adjusting our schedule; Bill kept us informed and managed the job and our expectations. The quality of work is great. He and his team were neat and tidy and the phasing of work considered our needs. I will hire Bill for another project in a heart-beat!

It went well. I've worked with Bill in the past on other projects. I've found him to be easy to communicate with, responsive, reasonable and his and his team's handiwork is always good quality. I also asked him to install a new front door, which he kindly agreed to do although it wasn't part of the original proposal ( I paid him but he is very busy and could have easily declined my request). Also, my dogs like him a lot, which is always a good sign! I used the high end materials in the rebuild of the porch to save myself work in the future.

Bill and his team were involved in the entire life cycle of the project and were prompt, clean, and courteous. Bill provided clear, and very fair, scheduling and costs from the start and was always honest and upfront when any changes were requested. He remained in communication at all times and was very responsive to any questions, comments, or concerns and always flexible when changes were required either due to our needs or when other contractors impacted the schedule. The quality of work was outstanding and we were always impressed by the speed at which it was performed. This was our first home renovation, and Bill was the only stress-free part of it. We were looking for quality work at a reasonable price from someone we could trust…and we found all of that in Breeze Construction. We love the results, and this will be the only company we call for any future projects.

Bill was a straight A contractor. He was very responsive throughout the entire process, replying to emails within a day if not sooner; he was very helpful in providing advise; he was professional, courteous, and did top-notch work. The project was completed on schedule and on budget. It couldn't have gone any smoother. I would certainly recommend him to friends, family, and neighbors and plan to hire him again for future work.

EXCELLENT Bill (owner) and his crew are the most professional contractors we have ever encountered. The build out of our basement is beyond our expectations. We have a media room, a workout room, a huge office, a room for our dogs, a (gigantic) cedar closet and still so much storage area, all designed by The Breeze Carpentry team. I cannot say enough about the Breeze Carpentry and Construction crew. They are here when they say they will be here, clean up (every day) before they leave, and they go beyond what is expected. You can certainly see the pride in workmanship that this team provides. I wouldn't dream of using any other contractor except for Breeze Carpentry and Construction to make any changes to our home. The project was delayed for several months (quoted start time of early Spring, construction did not begin until mid August). However, once work started, progress was made at a very reasonable pace. Quality of construction looks good, even after a few months of weathering after completion. Bill was pleasant to deal with and quite responsive.

Bill replaced 9 windows (Harvey replacements, cost includes upgrade to acoustic windows), fully insulating and sealing during the process. Very happy with how they look and how warm we're staying now that the temperatures are dropping. We were also comfortable leaving a key, so it made everything very convenient for both us and Bill's team as the job was done over two days while we were at work.

Breeze Carpentry was fantastic. Bill understood exactly what we wanted and did amazing work. He was professional and easy to communicate with. When we told him we wanted to rebuild the deck but couldn’t afford it yet, he recommended some small things to improve its safety and extend its life. We trusted his judgement and were very happy with how everything turned out.

Excellent. John and his team were on time for the duration of the job. They performed the tear down and rebuild with quickness and ease. Additionally, they cleaned up and removed all debris in a timely manner. I would hire Breeze carpentry again in a hear beat.

We hired Bill to demo our existing, very small deck (if you can even call it that) and rebuild a new, much larger (10x16) deck. They was very professional – came on a Sunday to give us the initial quote, made sure the project was permitted and inspected (fees included in the quote, not extra like some of the quotes we received), was very responsive to questions and gave us lots of updates. The final cost was right in line with the quote as we were lucky and no issues popped up. To say they cleaned up after themselves every day is an understatement – they are one of the cleanest contractors we’ve ever used. We are so happy with the final product! We will get so much use out of it, where before the “deck” was un-useable. We would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend.

It was fabulous! Despite brutal heat and humidity Bill and his team did a fantastic job. The quality of their work and professionalism can’t be matched.

Everything went as close to perfectly as we could've hoped. The project was very very large in scope and scale. Bill and his team began the project in Mid-April and were able to finish by the end of June. Bill and his team were on time and courteous throughout the project and were very thoughtful about keeping things clean. The communication throughout the project was stellar and the workmanship was exceptional. When we ran into one major issues that would have put the project too much over the original estimate, Bill offered to pay for half of what was needed to make things right. Bill and his team created a massive master suite for us with a very large walk in closet, a huge master bathroom and a pop up tv cabinet custom made to our specifications. Despite our unique tastes and requests, Bill was nothing but supportive about whatever we wanted. We will definitely be hiring him and his team again. Nothing but great things to say about Bill, Kenny. Brad and Harry.

Bill and his team did excellent work on my two home projects. My basement had water damage. It needed to be partly demolished for installation of a drainage system, and then rebuilt. We also needed a long overdue renovation of a half-bath. Bill responded to my request on Angie's list promptly. He was professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done for both projects. He got back to us in timely manner with reasonable quotes. His communication with us before, during and after the projects was excellent, which I prize highly when working with contractors. He and his team were efficient and friendly. They answered our questions every step of the way. With any big projects, things may not go as planned, and Bill was always ready to adjust the project to make it work for us. The team was respectful of our home and always treated it like their own. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Breeze Carpentry responded immediately, and covered up the storm damage to chimney and to roof before the next storm hit. Breeze Carpentry met with the insurance adjuster and explained all the damages incurred, and assisted in getting a satisfactory settlement with the insurance company. Breeze Carpentry repaired damage to chimney and roof, and cleaned up the debris in the yard from fallen tree limbs and brick masonry. Another job done to my complete satisfaction.

Bill and his crew were very professional, neat and organized. From his workers to his electrician and plumber. Bill always returns phone calls and texts promptly. I have a brand new room that I love and am now enjoying. I live in an older house and that room needed a total renovation. I couldn't be happier!! I am getting estimates from Bill to do some cedar shingling on the outside of my house and also for a kitchen renovation. Breeze Construction is a company that I would highly recommend.
