Fine.
Description of Work: Arrived at 11:15 am, quoted approximately 3 hrs to clean gutters, I gave the go ahead. He was thorough and did a good job, but finished at 2:10, and called it 2:30. So I was charged from 11 -12 for $142, then 2 1/2 more hours at $46 per half hour. There rules about timing stinks, I would have considered his time there at 3 hours, I.E 11 AM to 2 PM. I would have been much happier paying $320, still high, but would have not felt ripped off.

OR PERHAPS YOU COULD HAVE MENTIONED IT WHEN OUR OFFICE CALLED TO FOLLOWUP AND GET ANY FEEDBACK THE NEXT DAY. WE DO HAVE A GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE GOOD. WE ALSO HAVE A GPS TRACKING SYSTEM IN EACH OF OUR VANS AND FOR THE RECORD, OUR TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AT YOUR HOME AT 11:05AM AND DEPARTED AT 2:24PM. AGAIN, I'M VERY SORRY ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE.
