+ 0 moreWe needed ALL of our hardwood floors in our home refinished due to water damage, plus one room where new hardwood needed to be installed. Right from the start Marra Flooring was excellent. Rob provided a competitive written estimate (compared to 2 other quotes) and was friendly and professional. When I forgot to get a plumber to disconnect the gas stove 2 days before the job was to begin, he was instantly on the phone and secured a qualified plumber within 5 minutes. His project leader Ron was also wonderful, and personally ran out to purchase stain samples for me, then sanded sections of the damaged floor so that I could apply the samples and pick the best color. They really know their stuff and guided me in the right direction as to color. We came home from a week-long vacation to find our floors perfectly gleaming, and the color (golden pecan) is gorgeous. The install job was impeccable. I learned later that Rob and another colleague had returned after the job was done to personally dust the house for us--which was such a huge help. I can’t stop staring at my floors, they are so beautiful. I recommend Marra Flooring with the highest enthusiasm!
Description of Work: Marra flooring refinished 5 rooms of hardwood floors plus one stairway (6 day job). They wrapped the kitchen cabinets and light fixtures (no dust), disconnected/reconnected the gas stove, sanded the floors, installed new hardwood in the study (previously carpeted), applied oil-based stain, applied 3 coats of polyurethane, added missing baseboards (my request) and dusted quite well.

Description of Work: Had water damage to my basement floor. Marra Flooring responded to my call immediately, ordered a new floor and within a matter of 2 weeks my new floor was completed. Very professional and great value for the price.

I explained to him that we had tried other national companies and feld like we were being price gouged, he apologized for the treatment I had been getting. He came out within a week put in carpet and did phenominal job. They really bailed us out and went above and beyond.
