"I asked Isaac to advise on removing overhanging and dead trees and he promptly came to discuss and offer suggestions. Made sense. I accepted a very reasonable estimate for the work (removing about 8 large trees and trimming several more and cutting to stove length for me to split). He arrived on schedule with one worker and a couple trucks and did a great job over 2 1/2 days. Trees dropped expertly. Adjusted plans along the way as other needs became apparent. I was very happy with Timber Tiger and have recommended him to several others. "

We are a full service Excavation and Trucking Company with 30+ years of experience. Specializing in Complete Septic System Installation and Repair. New or Failing System we perform perk and have Design Engineers we work with your particular project. Demolition of any Building and removal of debris. We do not perform septic pump outs.
"Septic tanks were left exposed, site was a mess, and vent pipe was not at the required height. We talked with him a month before we anticipated water connection, so he knew our timelines. We attempted to contact him every day for a week to schedule final inspection after water was connected, but got no response. It took two emails from the city for him to sign the certificate of compliance."

Loam (soil composed of sand, silt, and clay) costs about $17 per cubic yard. Standard screened topsoil costs about $20 per cubic yard. The type of topsoil you need depends on your landscaping plans.
Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space. Don’t cover your decorative landscape mulch with topsoil as that defeats the purpose of laying down the mulch.
