+ -1 moreSeptic tanks were left exposed, site was a mess, and vent pipe was not at the required height. We talked with him a month before we anticipated water connection, so he knew our timelines. We attempted to contact him every day for a week to schedule final inspection after water was connected, but got no response. It took two emails from the city for him to sign the certificate of compliance.
