Charlie and his team are great any my go to people for all plumbing and heating issues. Never surprised by bills and work is always excellent. They are clean and courteous to my tennants.

They came on several occasions with little to no notice and quickly made the required repairs with good attention to detail. However, on several occasions when we were looking for work, voice messages were never regurned. Invoicing is a bit spotty, with bills occasionally coming weeks or months after the service. If you're looking for a quality plumbing/heating job, and don't mind dealing with a little extra effort on the front and backend, Lovett is a good option.

The work was started on time, was completed in a day and the area was cleaned after they were done. When we had some problems with the electronic controls after the installation Charlie came over immediately to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Working with Lovett was straightforward, professional and they did quality work for a good price. I would definitely use them again.

There was something that needed replacing, but it wasn't urgent. They are fixing my heating boiler. My experience with them was fine.

The work was scheduled just one day before. They gave us few options and we decided to go with a 10 year warranty water heater with higher energy efficiency. They arrived on time and promised to finish the work within an hour; however the new heater was wider than the previous one and due to space constraints they had to re-adjust the water and gas connections, therefore it took them around two hours but at the end we were very satisfied with their work.

It went very well....I hire these guys again and again.

This was an emergency service as the existing pump had stalled. The owner was very responsive, said when he would be there, and was in deed there at the scheduled time (same day). He answered all my questions about the system including some for future do-it-yourself service. I highly recommend him.

I came home from work to find water on the floor of our basement, I called Lovett, left a message and within 10 minutes got a call back, and 15 minutes later Charlie was at the house to have a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem (we needed a new expansion tank and overflow valve) and did there repair. It was just about 1 hour from phone call to completed repair. Charlie then called back to mention another possible (but unlikely) problem to keep an eye out for. It was great to get the problem resolved quickly.

I bought it from them and they installed it for me. His name is Charlie Lovett. I only met him once. He is in Arlington. The job went beautifully. There was no problem. I just ordered the heater. He came and installed it when he said he would and went away. He is very responsive. They just tend to business. They don't try to sell you anything else. They obviously do good work. They want to do the job and they do it.

To summarize, I think they did good work but charge too much. I was happy with their recent work on my water heater. I called and found it easy to set up an appointment in the near future. I had bought the new faucet and just needed installation. They volunteered to buy and bring an appropriate soap dispenser. Bill showed up 15 minutes early (7:45 instead of 8:00). The replacement took an hour, which seems slightly slow given its modular design and that there were no problems. He brought along the chrome soap dispenser as previously arranged -- kudos for their acquiring this in advance. However I was told it cost $60, whereas on-line it costs half that (Amazon: $23.89; Home Depot: $27.79). I complained about the price and was told that this is simply what they cost. He cheerfully volunteered to mail me the receipt. (The model is Delta Chrome Soap & Lotion Dispenser, RP1001SS.) The remainder of the cost was labor: $130/hr.

I noticed water heater was leaking . Searched Angies List, called Lovett Plumbing. It was convenient for them to stop by within a few hours (!). They have a package deal, $975 all-included: remove old, provide new, install new. I've been told this is a good price. The only downside is I wish they'd installed a more energy-efficient unit. This one is not good enough to qualify for the energy rebate program. (I also would have preferred a smaller size, but that is secondary.)

I can't tell you enough good things about him. He is fabulous. He gives me top of the line equipment. He gives you good value for your work. I will use him again in the future.

Went extremely well. Charlie was accessible, responsive, professional and efficient. We had originally planned a Burnham boiler, but he located a better one (Buderis) for less money! Showed up on time, crew cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied. Would definitely use again and refer friends.

I love them. We were looking at spending over $1,000 to replace the AC but he was able to get to the heart of the problem and get it fixed in a short amount of time. We were extremely pleased.

We had our hot water heater break in the middle of the night. The next morning, we called Lovett Plumbing and they came by that afternoon to replace our hot water heater and made adjustments to our hot water boiler. They were nice, honest and did a fantastic job at a great price. We would definitely use them again!

Charlie identified the problem right away and was able to fix it on the spot. He discovered an original installation problem with the heating system that several other professionals totally missed. Very impressed with his knowledge and he was very good at explaining the problem and how the system works.

Everything went excellent. They were prompt, prices were reasonable, and the work was good. I definitely would use them again. I even recommended them to a friend and he was very satisfied.

We were extremely pleased with Lovett Plumbing. The plumber arrived exactly on time, performed each task and had me check it as it was completed. He went above and beyond to fix our master bath toilet, which we thought we were going to have to replace. We would definitely use them again without hesitation and we already gave their number to two more people.

We called only 24-hr emergency service companies. On the List, Lovett lists that they have this service. We called at 11 pm and left a message. Did not get a call back until 8 am the next morning. Charlie seemed professional on the machine, but is you have an emergency, this is NOT the company to call.

They were able to perform the work that same day. Their prices were very reasonable and the plumbers were very professional. The water heater works as you'd expect now. I would definitely use them again.

He showed up right away, reset the valve that was stuck, and five minutes later everything was fine. He spent time with me explaining the heating system, advising me on some settings and maintenance, and recommending a few future repairs. After a very reasonable fee, and a completely professional and helpful service call, I can definitely recommend this company. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Terrific service! I was told a serviceman would be here within the hour and he was (and that's in spite of the condo being difficult to find!). He completed the task quickly, efficiently and with no mess. Wonderful customer service.

Our hot water heater kicked out at night so I called Lovett first thing in the morning. They showed up in about an hour and a half and were done in less than an hour. I called a few places for estimates and not only were they one of the lowest, the final bill was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. Both men were friendly and professional.

Called at 9:00, they came by at 11:30. Worked on the system 1 hour. Professional and personable. Nice to do business with them.
