I like him because he returns my calls, he comes out promptly, and he is reasonably priced. He is always courteous and professional. We have used him before.

Charlie was polite, professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He didn't make a big deal of the fact that he rushed over the same day for something that didn't turn out to be a big deal. I'll definitely call him again when problems arise in the future.

Went great. Charlie & men were prompt and did the job in about 1 1/2 hours. The price was right where he quoted over the phone. First time using Lovett Plumbing, but it won't be the last. He even tightened a leak on my water indicator on my furnace!

Lovett Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. When I was ready to get the job done, they came the same day as I called them. In the process of connecting to the sewer pipe, they found that the sewer pipe under the basement floor was leaking. They pointed this out to me and told me that it would continue to leak and rot away causing a major issue down the road. They offered to replace that pipe while they were doing the original project. I agreed and the overall cost for replacing the sewer pipe, moving the washer & dryer and creating new connections to the gas and sewer was $3400. They concreted over the new sewer pipe and built a level concrete platform for the washer & dryer as well. They even took away another old, large, heavy pipe which another plumber had left behind. They were prompt, efficient, professional, clean and reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend Lovett Plumbing & Heating.

Charlie responded quickly to my call, confirmed the problem, replaced the bad thermocouple, and restarted the water heater. Was friendly and helpful.

They were wonderful. As a first time homeowner I was panicked; they weren't. They explained every step to me, went and got the toilets, took the old toilets out and disposed of them, fixed my sink, cleaned up everything, and all within two hours! (As an aside, they told me that they only deal in the best brands, and knowing little about toilets, I believed them but wondered.) Sure enough when I checked with my toilet-knowledgeable friends afterward, I learned they had bought the best toilets on the market, and had charged me a very reasonable price!

They're are always great to work with, they do a good job and are easy to work with.

Charlie (and his assistant) came to do the work on a Saturday morning. All of the work was completed in a few hours. They worked fast to restore the water to our house after the work was completed. The basement was immaculate when he was done. He is a true pleasure to work with!

Charles (and Jimmy his apprentice) were very nice, clean and fast. He answered additional questions I had about new water heaters and so on. I'm not entirely sure about the price, since I just wanted the disposal replaced right away, but based on what I've seen online so far, and Charles's ability, speed and availability, I would absolutely use him again.

Charles and his crew were very nice to work with. They were quick and efficient. They were able to move the whole setup to the corner of the basement since it would be direct vented and not need a chimney. They plugged the holes in the chimney and cleaned up after themselves. They gave us an estimate and stuck to it. I have only good to say about Charles and his company.
