Description of Work: Mr. Lovett responded promptly, came when scheduled and performed a number of small repairs efficiently, explaining his work, choices etc, as he went along. At the end of the visit I was totally impressed. Then I found that he had re-adjusted the flow on my shower head. I could not restore it to its original setting. I called and requested that he stop by and re-adjust the shower head. While I think this would be an acceptable request for any service person, it happens that he lives around the corner from me and I can think of no way this would be an inconvenience for him. He returned my call after hearing about my evaluation from Angie's List and apologized profusely. He did not receive my call and would have returned it promptly had he done so. I am more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and will call him again when I need a plumber.
